I started with Rambo when I had a rat die in my crawl space (very stinky). This had happened several times before and I had used a different pest control company. This time I called Rambo. They came out and looked at the situation and said to me something no other pest control company had. "We won't just set traps. You need to have the ways they are accessing the crawl space fixed. We can do that for you." They came out and fixed the various ways the rodents were getting in to the crawl. They did an excellent job making the repairs required. They also did it at a fair price. If you are in their working area...this is the company to use.

They were responsive and we liked the guarantee. They said that if the bees were still evident in two days to call them and they would come back at no cost. They said they would be sure that the bees were gone no matter how long it took or how many treatments it took. The initial one did it. We looked at some other things and they were very reasonable. We were happy with the price. They were very punctual.

Rambo was very professional and friendly at the same time. We appreciated their concern about our dog. We needed him away from the house while they were spraying and then needed to wait about an hour after that. We were able to get a mutually agreeable appointment very quickly. The representative was very punctual and easy to talk with. We trusted that we were in good care! Our ant problem is gone.

They did a great job. I was satisfied the work and will be using in for future.

They really know the bugs and they are careful with their applications. They are professional.

They have also done complete clean out of a crawl space and they did a really good job. They will come out monthly if needed.

Rambo Total Pest Control did a great job! The inspector, Russ, showed up within the specified time frame and gave me a very thorough run down on what he had seen during the inspection around the house and in my crawl space. I had been worried about potential infestations as I had seen what I believed to be some frass (bug poop) in my garage. After taking a look around Russ informed me he saw no signs of any current infestations (he did find a small group of dead ants in my crawl space from a while ago, but nothing current). He informed me of my options through Rambo and was not pushy for me to select an on going maintenance plan immediately. I am glad I hired Rambo to do this inspection. There's something to be said for hiring the smaller companies who take pride in their work. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

They come out every three months. We have use them for years. Anything anything. If we find wasps or find an unusual bug problem of a weird kind we can call them anytime for the fee they charge every three months. I will continue to use them.

They were really nice about the price of their contract. They were accommodating and performed good service. I found it really nice of them not having me pay when I wanted to stop using their service. They were fast and efficient. I would use them again in the future.

We are continuing with their service now. They are very professional. They work well with me to try to find a solution especially for other situations too. They are very reliable. I paid $40 to $50 for a checkup now for four times a year. I would use them in the future.

He was great. It was part of a sale at the house. He was very professional and wrote his report well. The follow-up was good. His name was Mr. Rambo. The problem with him was that he wouldn’t go long distances so I had to go and find another one.

Russ from Rambo came to our home when we realized that we had a rodent problem under our house. He assessed the situation, gave us a detailed estimate and went through everything that he recommended we do. The prices for the efforts were very fair and reasonable. After authorizing the work, Russ set traps, and even built a new door that did a FAR better job sealing access to under the house. The previous door, he explained, had a small enough gap that it would actually still allow rats and mice to enter the house. The new one he built bolts closed and makes a tight seal. He also double-reinforced the vents under the house because due to the age of the house they were just week enough that the vents could be pushed open, allowing furry undesirables to get into the crawlspace. All of the work was done over a set of 3 visits. The sealing, trapping and under-house decontamination. Russ was an absolute professional and completely courteous. Rambo Pest has a customer for life.

They did a good job. I was satisfied with everything they have done so far. I wouldn't have done it for twice that much.

Prompt when calling back to inquiry about our internet request, called to verify which service person would be arriving on the time. Punctual arrival, full free estimate given.

I called because they were advertising a free estimate. They then told me there would be a 50 dollar inspection fee and would knock $50 off the service call if hired. They went on to say that my project might be out of the norm so they would not honor the free estimate. Due to the miss understanding I decided to use someone else, however he is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, INFORMATIVE. WE LOVE RAMBO. THIS IS THE SECOND YEAR WE'VE USED THEM. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

I ended up going with another contractor in a toss-up decision, but Luke (the owner) was professional and prompt and thoroughly answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I have a quarterly contract with them. They did a good job. They got rid of all the pests. Their price was good.

I purchased this home last fall and after finding several abandoned bees nests in the attic over the winter I was a little concerned. I am very allergic to bees. By allergic I mean I have about 20 minutes of Epi-Pen before I need to be in intensive care. Also after moving in I discovered the builder of the home did not exactly take the most ideal ways to prevent insects from entering. I know how to make the retrofits to insect proof the eve's and crawlspace vents, but I decided to call Rambo Pest control to come consult and evaluate my home. Luke and his associate came out and thoroughly went through the attic and crawlspace and declared it no worries. He then advised me to make the retrofits and I shouldn't have any interior bee/Insect problems going forward. I tried to pay him but he would not accept anything. I was absolutely shocked as Luke and his associate spent about 2 hours evaluating my home, showed up in in two vehicles (gas expense). I was literally check book in hand ready to write in an amount and Luke still declined to charge me anything. I will definitely be calling Rambo Pest Control if I encounter any future problems.

It’s a small company with three or four employees. We never had any pest problems. Last fall, we noticed some damp wood termites swimming around and they knocked those down. The workers were very professional and courteous. Basically what they have been doing is, coming and treating the exterior of the house. So they don’t even need to be here. I think we are sensitive to the products that they use and we can confide it makes more sense just to treat the outside. They are good. I would keep using them in the future.

A few months after the illness & death of my husband, I heard noises in the wall next to the fireplace. The next day I noticed a large hole in one of the vent screens on the back of the house. I called a different pest control service but felt his estimate was really high, and I just didn't feel comfortable with the things he said. I called Rambo for a second opinion and was immediately impressed with the professionalism and integrity that I observed. They did not pressure me to buy a service contract, and did several things that the other company had said would cost extra. I was so impressed (and reassured) that I decided to have them return quarterly for maintenance--and I did not have to commit to a contract, I can cancel at any time. Nick is the technician who comes out to my home quarterly and he is always excellent; professional, polite, thorough and accomodating. I highly recommend Rambo Pest Control to everyone.

I'm completely satisfied with the end result and the service that Rambo provided. The crawl space was transformed from a disaster into an immaculate space. Luke, Nick and another Rambo employee were all courteous, punctual and professional in every way. We are continuing to use them for followup checks to ensure we don't have the same crawl space issues in the future.

Service was very good in the beginning when Luke was performing the work. It completely turned around when Nick came onboard. We have dogs so we need to be contacted in advance to put the dogs inside while the service is performed. On several occasions, Nick would make an appointment, I would take off of work to be here to bring the dogs in and then he wouldn't show up. This happened the last 3 or 4 visits so I finally cancelled my service with Rambo. They are just plain unprofessional. Tonight Nick showed up unannounced to pick up the rat traps that I paid for and was included in the initial $600 fee.
