+ -1 moreAgain, after an aggressive rat invasion (a rabbit carcass stripped clean near a huge rat hole, for example), Dave came out and worked on the problem, continuing to monitor the traps,and monitoring and treating all pests as needed. See the account posted above. Dave has come out as needed on week-ends and evenings as we worked through the worst of it. Totally recommend this company!
Description of Work: Almost a year ago I had an aggressive invasion of rats due to living near the green belt, new construction in the area, etc. Dave and his crew came out to diagnosis, set bait traps strategically, and check on them frequently throughout the weeks ahead. In the process, one rat died in a place where the smell was horrible in the house. Dave took care of that as best he could with odor eliminator and tried to find the rat (with no luck). Later we had some rats break into the crawlspace by chewing through some wood. Taken care of by Dave again, all the way around. For about $70.00 every three months, they check the traps, spray for anything that seems pesty (spiders), and take responsibility with little or no effort on my part.
