Description of Work: I was thinking I might need to replace my roof again, but thought MAYBE if I had it cleaned, I might not have to replace it. My roof had fairly serious moss issues, but it looks great now. The gentleman cleaning the roof was hard working, and did a great job. All the moss removed was collected and hauled off. Thank you, Pyroshield!

Description of Work: It took them over 8 days to respond to my purchase. I then leaned they look at my roof via satellite photos and look at tax records to actually determine if my roof dimensions qualify for what was quoted in the Big Deal. I didn't know if I was within the measurements for the Big Deal until they arrived to do the cleaning. When they finally contacted me after the purchase I learned that the product used to clean the roof damages the lawn and plants around the house and could possible damage my deck. So they then offer the product which they promote which is additional money and doesn't harm plants, etc. I felt duped. The info regarding the product offered in the Big Deal about harming plants should have been revealed before I purchased and info about the other product they offered should have also been revealed first. Of course I paid the extra money for the product that would not harm the environment and because I could not get a refund. Frankly, I don't think I will ever purchase a Big Deal on Amy's again. Nor will I renew my subscription with Amy's List.

Description of Work: they were very professional and did a very thorough job, especially the clean-up. The extras because of square footage and pitch of roof were higher than I expected, even though they were clearly spelled out in the "deal" The overall cost would make it prohibitive to use them on a regular basis without the "deal"

Description of Work: They did not call me when they said they would. They did not schedule the appointment in a timely manner. The actual work was done well but they did not clean up sufficiently at all. We were left with a lot of work that they should have done.

Description of Work: Initially made contact for roof cleaning. As it turns out, l also had them install gutters. A little difficult getting additional clarification after bid but once all questions answered, two crews completed all work on one day within weeks. Left the house and yard immaculate. Waiting for that first big rain to make ultimate evaluation of the job.

Description of Work: Requested Big Deal from Pyroshield of WA on 8/25/14. Received estimate for job on 9/9/14. Talked with them about the additional charges of $122.57. They did take off $50.00 but still felt their estimate of my roof size was way too big. Called them to cancel on 9/11 and have not heard back.

Description of Work: Cleaned our roof and gutters....REALLY messy process and dealing with the after clean up was hard because we have a tent on our deck so it wasn't possible for them to get that cleaned. I guess they did their best but it was a messy, messy project. |

Description of Work: The cleaned the roof and gutters and treated the roof with zinc to prevent moss growth. I was very impressed with the service, quality of work and their professionalism.
