septic tank
+ -1 moreI had received two other estimates that said they would have to pull the tank, so I saved about $6000 by going with Puget. When I called for a bid, the owner Mr. Cunningham came out the next morning to explain their processes. We made an appt. for 3 days later to get the job done. We have many trees that could have been damaged by the truck, but they parked on the street to prevent damage to the property. The work was done in a few hours and the dirt was all put back nicely. There was no mess. It was a great experience! I was surprised with the owner showing up and working with the guys, and that really impressed me.
Description of Work: They repaired our septic tank without removing the tank.

+ -1 moreTHIS ALL HAPPENED DURING A VERY STRESSFUL TIME OF OUR FATHER PASSING AWAY. CHRIS WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH MAKING SURE THAT OUR TANKS WERE PUMPED OUT REGULARLY WHILE WAITING ON INSPECTIONS. HE HELPED WITH ADVISE ON DEALING WITH THE CITY'S REQUIREMENTS. WE RAN INTO SOME UNFORESEEN PROBLEMS THAT CHRIS HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. WE WOULD HAVE LIKED IT IF HE WOULD HAVE LEFT THE YARD CLEANED AND LEVELED A LITTLE BETTER. ALSO, A CURB WAS BROKEN BY ONE OF HIS TRACTORS.
Description of Work: WORKED ON OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM 8 MONTHS EARLIER AND WARNED US THAT IF THE ALARM WENT OFF IT WOULD PROBABLY MEAN A MAJOR REPAIR. WHEN THE ALARM WENT OFF, WE GAVE HIM A CALL AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT AND DIAGNOSED THAT OUR PUMPS WERE NOT OPERATING. HE GAVE US SEVERAL OPTIONS AND WE DECIDED TO HAVE HIM INSTALL A SIDE SEWER LINE AND FILL IN THE SEPTIC TANKS.
