Loris and his crew are great to work with. They are very conscientious about how things are done and making sure everything comes together well. They also do not overlook things that were done incorrectly previously and incorporate fixing them into the new work they are completing. This is the second time we have worked with them and I would hire them again as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

It was fantastic. They repaired a shed and a tree house they built several years ago. The repairs were well done and look sharp. They are always reliable and do proper structural work. I have worked with many contractors in differing venues, none better than Projects Unlimited.

Very Happy with all work performed. Everybody who worked on our project was professional and fun to work with. Our project was fairly complex and every detail came together because their high quality standards!

I have used Projects Unlimited Inc more than 5 times and I guess that says something regarding my trust and their worthiness, they have sided, built a new deck and cover, remodeled my master bathroom, installed a new patio sliding door, new front entry porch,and installed a retractable ladder to my garage attic, I can not say enough on how professional this small company is, they give you an estimate which doesn’t waver.

We had a 100-year-old house that had been made into a duplex and partly restored. On at least two separate occasions Projects Unlimited did a lot of finish work in the entryway (building posts and restoring woodwork), porch (trimming out railing and rebuilding deck railing), adding a bathroom window, replacing missing trim, too many things to list. Beautiful work, in keeping with historic style. Many years later, after a leak in our upstairs bathroom he completely gutted and re.odeled that room. Again, beautiful workmanship. I would completely trust them to tackle any job, but only if you want it done right. They're the best.

I worked with Loris three different times. He gave me thorough estimates and completed the projects on time and within budget. He is fair and honest, which means the quote may come in high, but the work will be done well. There have been projects where I went with a lower estimate or decided to attempt myself, then I paid Loris to come fix the work that was not properly done. He is a contractor you can trust and the men he works with are just as good. I am happy to 100% recommend working with Projects Unlimited if you have the option.

We were very pleased with Projects Unlimited! Excellent craftsmanship throughout the whole project. All the subcontractors were experienced, cordial, and very skilled. Loris and Bob were very responsive to adjusting to changes we needed to make as the project unfolded. We are thrilled with the results of our new Master Bedroom Suite . Professional and friendly.

All went find except the vendored all backsplash work it wasn't laid correctly has to be fixed.

They were on time, on budget and did good work. They were terrific to work with and I highly recommend them. He was referred by a closet company. Christ coordinated everything with the closet company that also was working on the room and he was great.

They were fantastic. The price was wonderful. The workers were hard working. They were just terrific, it was a terrific experience. They are honest. They give you a good quote. They give you a project update every two weeks. They work and then ask for payment. They were courteous. I finally just gave them a key to the house. I can't say enough good about the quality of their work. A neighbor commented that some of their work didn't look that great and they agreed and redid the work.
