VERY unhappy with this Metal building experience. John deviated from the engineering and filled the post holes with gravel, topped with concrete mix. Engineered plans call for solid concrete. We did not agree to or sign off on any deviations. There is hydraulic oil spilled throughout the site and our yard. John stated that oil comes from the earth so the contamination isn't a problem. His equipment had to be repaired and coincidentally we were given a change order for $1,800. When we asked for detail about the change order it suddenly increased to $4,387 but he was giving us a deal at $1,800? We have paid (75k) for over 90% of our building and work is stopped, without an explanation for over 6 weeks, with only the framing complete. John had the unchanged engineered plans in his hands on January 31st. Why are there any change orders 5 months later if the plans have remained unchanged? He refuses to resume work and build according to the contract & engineered plans unless we pay more.

Do not choose this business. All about getting your money in advance and cutting corners. Poor communication. Didn't finish job and won't return calls or emails.

Just starting when we get the permit

So far, so good! John has been wonderful about explaining everything for my garage project! Very knowledgeable, patient & kind! I would highly recommend him! I believe I certainly chose the right guy for the job! With his experience level I feel I will have a great garaywhen all is said and done! Thanks so much, John!!!

John did a great job adding another garage door to our shop and moving our existing man door to the side. I would definitely recommend him to someone else. Super nice guy and a pleasure to deal with

All went great. Happy with project completion. Met deadlines and was very easy to work with.

John gave me excellent service he built me a perfect work shed and was everything I wanted out of it. He was very communicative with how the project was going throughout the entire build. There were no issues with him and his team they were all very nice and friendly I would recommend them to any family or friends of mine and would hire them again for future projects.
