Prompt and courteous. I purchased a forclosure home. Renters had pets and there were numerous stains on the carpets. It was recommended by Bob Pfeiffer to just have carpet in one room replaced it was so bad. I thought that was notable because he could have just charged me to clean it.

It was nice to be able to reach someone in the office who could discuss the services they provided. Plus they have a good website. Allani was very pleasant and took the time to discuss all of the details and prices. Bob showed up within the time scheduled. He took the time to go over the service and was great at listening to what I needed. He understood my budget limits and got right to work. He put in alot of time cleaning the small couch and stairs and they both looked fabulous when he was done. He made certain the area was cleaned up when he was done and was pleasant to chat with as he removed fans and blankets from the house. He has an impressive truck mounted cleaning system which I read was the preferred method of really getting your carpets cleaned. I even received a hand written thank you card in the mail. I will definetly use their service again.

They impressed me when they kept working on the carpets in tell they had the smell out. They told me the man that was coming out was talkative and he was. I found that his talking was professional to me. I would use them again.

They come out and keep working on stain cleanings until they get it out with no extra charge for extra visits. They do excellent work. They are now our carpet cleaning company of choice. They do phenomenal job. We are very happy with the value of the work we get for the price we paid.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY POLITE. THEY ARE ON TIME AND THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE SIZE OF THE HOUSE. THEY MAKE SURE THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND THAT THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEY ARE DONE.

THESE GUYS WERE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT WORTH IT. THEY TOOK AN OLD WORN OUT CARPET AND BREATHED LIFE INTO IT FOR ANOTHER FEW YEARS. WE HAD A BLEACH SPOT ON THE CARPET AND THEY USED A COLOR KIT TO CUSTOM MIX A DYE TO MATCH THE SURROUNDING CARPET. YOU COULD NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE WHEN THEY WERE DONE!
