PHE did a full rewire of our 90 yo home and they were so great to work with from start to finish. Troy was really communicative and was always willing to explain things to my husband and I if we had questions, and his team was wonderful! I felt like our home was in good hands throughout the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone!

They upgraded the electrical panel. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. It is a very old house, so the work was not easy, but they took their time and did it right. I am very happy with the work that was done, and definitely recommend them.

Hired for a remodel. These guys are excellent and I will invite them for my next round of electrical needs. How are they good? I had a list of things that were needed. We talked through the items and they had some very creative ideas and suggestions. As the work proceeded there were suggested adjustments that contributed to quality results. They did a lot more than just work from a punch list. There was engagement in the project and there was a commitment to a quality outcome. Attention to detail is evident in the finished results. Some of the items I identified were OK, but with their contributions, the outcomes were certainly superior. Communications were consistent and they were always responsive. They showed up on schedule. The work was clean and tidy. They were flexible in working with me and were friendly and collaborative. A quality outfit. A quality result. Highly recommended.

Offered a competitive bid for a full house rewire. We wanted to move in as soon as possible so they were sensitive to our tight schedule and worked with us on that. They addressed every issue that I raised along the way and had a high standard of work. Would definitely hire again.

I've now done a few projects with P.H.E. and I have been extremely happy and satisfied. Troy is the owner and is great about communication, keeping me in the loop on projects, letting me have choices for my accessories, etc....The team of guys that come do the work are great!! They arrive on time, they do their work (quality work), they clean up and they're out. I work an odd shift for work and get off at 1 am and they were awesome enough to arrive early and get the work done without waking me up, I just had to leave a door unlocked for them. That's great customer service. PHE takes their time when it comes to the bill, so they don't over or under charge and that's also appreciated. They have fair prices, I've never had any issues with the electrical work since the jobs have been done and I love that I can just send a text to Troy and let him know I need more work done and he gets me scheduled. This is due to them being a family owned company and not a big chain where I have to deal with a bunch of people just to get an appointment. I DEFINITELY recommend Pacific Home Electric for any electrical work you need done. They are priced fair, reliable, professional and do quality work. You won't be disappointed and you can thank me later!! I'm a customer for life.

Three electricians worked on the job & completed it in 3 1/2 hours! I was expecting it to be done in 5-6 hours. They even hooked their generator up to my big freezer! The City inspector just checked their work, said it was a job well done! I would definitely hire them again.

We had panel upgrade in our house. Troy was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all questions we had about the project since it was a older screw in fuse panel. He let me know where the options on new panel was going if there was an issue with City of Seattle lightning. The pricing was fair and he was able to get the job done quickly on our schedule. Kyle and his team showed up on time let me know what was going on with the project and communicated well with all my questions. After they were finished we went in detail the installation and all the information I needed to show the inspector. Pacific Home and Electric was a great contractor to work with and I would highly recommend them for any of your projects.

I actually had this company do several projects for me. New electrical to a garage with lights and outlet install. Rewire of a barn. Upgrade outlets and switches to my home and retrofitting led lights into a commercial building. Through it all Troy was a good communicator. The team that worked on the projects were polite and easy to discuss the projects with.

Pacific Home Electric was a wonderful company to work with. I had 2 ceiling fans & a few hall fixtures installed, they did a great job getting them done. The 2 man team that arrived was professional, kind, efficient, and adhered to appropriate Covid safety protocols. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after when they were done, completely earning an A from me! I have already been recommending them to my family & friends - because great electricians are hard to come by. Will definitely hire again and you should too!

Troy was very friendly and knowledgeable when he did his first walk through and estimate. All details were discussed and explained. He set up appointment with the PSE and the electric inspector.

Look no further. These people are the best. Fair prices,arrived at appointed time, mutiple issues professionally resolved. I am an 80 year old man with severe handicaps, who could have been a text book victim, but the electricians we're considerate, diligent and professional.

They installed a new breaker panel so that I now have a 50 amp breaker for a hot tub.

They were very reasonable and Troy is very available to answer questions or troubleshoot issues that come up
