Arrived promptly, did all work contracted in a timely and professional manner.

Larry gave some good advice on the paint color choices and I was happy that I listened to him. The work was very professional and it looks great. They did the prep work on a Friday, worked all day the following Monday and finished on Tuesday. The crew was punctual and cleaned up everything. They left the remaining cans of paint for future touch-up. I would definitely use them again..

Larry was easy to work with. He came out on time to give us an estimate. He very knowledgeable and gave us some helpful advice and ideas. Larry came out with his crew on the start date and returned several times to help during the three days. They were all very professional and cleaned up every night before leaving. The wallpaper removal was a really big job but, he completed it for the original estimate. They moved and covered everything and then moved it all back when they were finish. We are extremely happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job at a fair price.j

We were very happy with everything NW Quality Painting did. The initial consult was efficient and helpful. The day of the actual work went very fast. Larry came with two other employees. The work was very clean and high quality. They left no mess and moved all of the furniture back to the correct places. They managed to ventilate the house very well and I hardly noticed a "paint smell" at all. The former owners of the home had left traces of the previous paint color on the ceiling in a number of spots and Larry found the color stored in our garage and covered over those spots. He also offered to take out a carpet-covered board the former owners had installed in one windowsill. We appreciated the military discount we received. Overall, I was extremely happy with the work they did, both in terms of quality and efficiency. Would definitely use them for future services if a need arises.

They did what they said they would do and we are very happy with the job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done on their house.

Great staff and excellent service. Owner came over on his day off to provide us a very reasonable quote with a few price options. Project was cleaned up and tidy as the work progressed nothing was left behind. Highly recommended!

Contacted this company for an estimate for an exterior painting on a residence. Was told that, because of the date of the house (1964) there would be lead paint involved and they were not licensed to handle this sort of work. Without first looking at the structure, they merely ASSUMED that there would be lead-based paint involved. As I have lived in the house since it was finished, I know for a fact that the only exterior paint used has been latex-based! I'm so glad to know that the company is doing so well they can turn away business on the basis of an assumption, rather than checking out the facts first-hand. They certainly do not need my money, nor my recommendation. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

We are in the middle of an extensive pre-retirement refresh of our house (roof, windows, flooring, int paint). This was our third step. We did get a referral from a friend, but checked the company out via AL and found reviews to be good. Larry came over promptly to estimate the job. Obviously very experienced, since he was able to tell us when both the exterior and interior were last repainted (and was pretty darn close!) He also pointed out some minor repairs that needed to be made in the area to be painted. We arranged for a date to have the work done. The crew showed up on time and did a great job with the repainting, fixing lots of little surface blemishes. There were enough to make a minor change to the total price, but we knew they were going to have to be done anyway and had some contingency to deal with. The crew was professional and very competent and Larry stopped by to check on progress. No lingering issues after the completion of the job, the final invoice arrived via email and was paid in the next mail. We would not hesitate to recommend NWQP for any painting job.

This is the second time I've used Northwest Quality Painting, and the second time I've been completely blown away by the results. Larry and his crew do excellent work, all the way around. When we discovered that we didn't like two of the colors we had chosen (our fault, not theirs), Larry worked with me to get the right color, and was still able to get the work done on time. When we decided to have the closet painted too (with shelving already in place), I thought it would take a miracle to get it done, and yet they did it and everything looks fantastic. Great job all around, and we'll definitely be using them for all our painting needs in the future.

The painters were very professional, quote was provided on time, and they showed up on time for work on the day we decided. Entire job was completed in 2 days. QUality of work was excellent, there were no spills or damages to the work area. Prep work was excellent. Would recommend them highly.

Larry called and set up an appointment the same day I left message for him to contact me. We met within 24 hours and had a bid in my hands within 6 hours later. The work was done professionally, completely, and within 5 days after we first met. I could not have been happier with the job. I have other rentals and will call Larry when "new paint is needed."

Larry came out promptly to give me an estimate, he made several good suggestions, gave me the estimate. He was very professional and personable. I accepted the estimate. The balance of our correspondence was VIA e-mail including the contract and Invoice. The painters (four of them) arrived sooner than the time promised, completed the job, cleaned up and left all in the same day. They did a great job and I am very pleased with the entire experience.

Went great. Larry's crew were professional and courteous and couldn't ask for a nicer group. Larry's quote was very competitive and he tackled changing out a rotting post on our patio that we requested in addition to power washing and painting the entire exterior of out home and back deck. We also used NW Quality to paint the deck at our rental house and will use them again when the time arises.

Larry was responsive and quick with the estimate, good price, .... then I signed the contract. Very hard to communicate with Larry by phone email or text after the contract was signed. When the crew came to work they did a great job. Had a couple rainy days and it was difficult to finish the job after that. Overall a good job, could have been much easier with some communication. Pretty much what I have experienced with contractors in this area.

Larry came by to give me an estimate a day after I contacted him, and was able to schedule the work a couple of weeks later. Most other painters were weeks, if not months from available. On painting day, his crew of 6 showed up right around 8:00 AM, and, after a brief tour to see what needed to be done, got to work. Larry showed up later in the day after coming from another job, and jumped right in. The work was taking a little longer than he expected due to needing drywall work to dry and the sheer amount of trim needing work. He sent most of his crew home between six and seven, but he stayed with one other guy until everything was done around 8-8:30. I found very few issues on walk around, but anything I did find, Larry fixed without problem or hesitation.

Larry was prompt, professional and personable. He provided us with an estimate via email about 2 days after coming to the house (Sunday being the day in between). We decided not to use his services at this time only because the cost was much more than we were expecting. We would make use of his services again in the future should the need arise.

They came on a Friday to pressure wash the house and some other prep work. Due to rain they weren't able to come back until Tuesday. They finished the following Friday. The crew was wonderful. Before finishing they rechecked all their painting to make sure nothing was missed and everything was perfect. They were all so polite, they even walked my dog. I will have them do any painting I need in the future.

Larry did a fantastic job. He was realistic about the time frame with the rain and his amount of work. He was the man at the house every day doing the painting with one or two other helpers. They were fast, clean, prompt and easy to communicate with. They even helped us pick the colors. He told us if we saw a house we liked he would go look at it and find a color match for us.

everything went well, Larry came out and gave me an estimate for everything and it was the most reasonable of two other estimates. The crew arrived when scheduled which depended on the roofers and did a fantastic job...they first pressure washed the entire house and because of good ole mother nature, we had to wait an extra day before they could come and paint. The crew arrived as planned and finished 90 percent of the painting the same day. They had to come back a day later to finish the brush and roller work. They did a great job and I was really impressed and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I sought three estimates for painting two of my homes. I decided to move forward with one this year and Larry's firm was one of the respondents. He was very professional, prompt in reply to questions and seemed to know his stuff. I just went with a different contractor because they were a tiny bit less--more on that later--but I would probably ask Larry to re-estimate when I'm ready to paint another home. He was even kind enough to respond when I told him I was going with another contractor, which was a surprise and an indication that he knows what good customer service looks like. I can recommend you at least get an estimate from Northwest Quality Painting.

We were very happy with the Northwest Painting crew. They were professional, friendly, and on time. Larry scheduled us quickly and he and his team did an awesome job. Larry color matched the paint colors for us, gave us advice on areas we were unsure about, and was in general very helpful and knowledgeable. I had no qualms at all about leaving the house with his men there. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the job. Couldn't ask for a better crew and outcome. Thanks!

This review is very late, but since the season is about to begin, I figured it might be a good idea to get it in. Larry Burns and his crew are AWESOME. I can echo another review from September 2013. I contacted Larry near the end of the painting season to see if he could fit me in to his schedule before our Fall rains set in. Larry got back to me quickly and we arranged for a walk around of my two story house. He said he had time to squeeze me in, but it would take some work on my part. I.e., I'd have to be decisive on paint color and be ready to "go for it" when his current job ended and when the sunshine returned for a brief window of time. I was ready and selected the colors I liked and Larry gave me a few good recommendations. I was trying to cover the mauve trim on my house that was painted by previous owners and, with a slight adjustment to my selection, the light gray he suggested covered perfectly. When Larry and his crew arrived, they were speedy. I left them alone to work and would see them at various times/days. They were always polite and always moving. I also thought his rate was reasonable based on the size of my home and the prep work it needed (sanding and sealing of LP siding, replacing a few boards and fixing my front steps). My house looks fresh and clean and I smile when I drive in my driveway.

It's been fine. They're thorough. Very good.

They were excellent. There was not anything I disliked. They were excellent as far as communication and their services were excellent. I liked the fact that they did not spay the house. They brushed it. The price was for what I got. They did three coats.
