(2) painters showed up a little head of schedule time. That was okay. They painted the ceiling and walls for guest bedroom. They finished a lot quicker than I thought they would. They cleaned up everything before they left. The room looks great. I will hire again.

Excellent! They had a crew come do the scraping and power washing. Then they came back and painted it. Then they sent another crew to do the touch ups and pick up work. I wasn't quite satisfied with the touch ups. I took pictures of the areas I wanted fixed and they came out and fixed them. They wouldn't take any money from me until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs their house painted. Their price was not the cheapest but right about the middle, but considering how often you need to have your house painted it's important to remember you get what you pay for.

The team they sent out to us a coupe times have done a really great job. As soon as we scheduled with them, they were pretty good about coming in and taking care of it that day.

Mike was on time, friendly and did great work! I am very happy with the quality of work and the price. I was also crunched for time and they were able to get in and get the job done within a couple of days. I will be calling them again for any drywall or painting needs!

It was outstanding. The job went quickly and without any problems. Larry came in and had the first coat on in a short period of time. He came back within a couple hours to apply the second. He cleaned up and left no mess. My dog loved him and he even took a few minutes to pet and play with him. That says a lot in my world. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It went very well!! Since I had painted all rooms in our house, I supplied the paint. I had pictures and furniture moved out of the way. They removed blinds and fixed all cracks. 3 crew members finished our two large rooms in one day, applying two coats of multiple colors in same room (detail painting in corners, etc). No messes left. Because of drying time, I reinstalled blinds, but I'm an old hand at that! We're going to contact them to do exterior painting as well!

NW Quality Painting contacted me within 1-2 days of me calling them. They promptly set up a visit and provided a free estimate. I greatly appreciated their honesty in the estimate as they recommended either fixing the drywall alone or fixing the drywall and painting the family room and kitchen. The extended painting job was recommended so the paint would more evenly blend with both rooms. I was given 2 estimates via email within 2-3 days of the visit. The painters arrived on time and were very meticulous in their prep work and cleaning. They also painted our entry way into the family room to make sure the job was done right. The painters were very professional and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend NW Quality painting and will hire them for any future jobs without reservations.

Overall the work went well. They showed up and finished as promised. We have only two criticisms: A) they took over all rooms which they were working in concurrently making it difficult for us to actually utilize our home while the work was on going- we would have appreciated them doing a couple of rooms at a time, and B) their attention to details was not the best. NWQP did leave us touchup paint w/o our asking which is now much appreciated-see below. Keep in mind that I have 40 years of experience in construction and have been told that I have very high expectations for the quality of work performed. For anyone to get a stellar rating, I expect them to take the initiative and really pay attention to the details which differentiate an OK job from an outstanding job. With this said, we would definitely hire NWQP to repaint our next home.

We thought NW Quality Painting did a standout job AND our neighbors all love it! From the prep crew to the painting crew to the window cleaning crew, we were impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and cheerful attitude. A great job was made outstanding by all the little things they did such as sanding and caulking areas we hadn't even noticed needed work, wrapping shepherd's hooks and swivel hooks, shielding plants, moving and/or covering items, paying attention to all corners and crevices and leaving us with a beautiful job and sparkling windows. The crew was notable too by what they didn't do; no overspray and no sloppy work around fixtures, etc! We added bi-fold louvered doors to the job and they did a phenomenal job, even repairing a crack we hadn't noticed. We would hire them again and would love to have them do our interior painting when we are able. Thank you Larry and crew. It was a pleasure having you here.

two hours of the call replace your water heater with a newfast water heater showed up within two hours of the call replace your water heater with a new one only thing is now I regret not going with a 6 year guaranteed model as opposed to thedifference uaranteed model that we paid approximately $400 difference asI have read there is not much difference in consumer Report articles

WE liked the professionalism but not so much the price.

I was very happy with the end result. ?Additionally, the painters arrived as scheduled, worked a full day and left the house clean and tidy every day. ?The painters were professional and showed respect for my property.

These guys were great. Mike Bush was the lead on my job. I had a new roof and needed soffits painted. I had a new deck and needed it treated/painted. They did the soffits right away and wouldn't paint the new wood on deck until it was thoroughly dry. Some companies might have done it just to get the money sooner, but these guys knew I wouldn't be happy if they painted the deck while the wood was wet. They treated it in the mean time to prevent mold and mildew building up before the paint job. I was so pleased. I would use them agaIn.

Getting a hold of them is hit and miss. I would get a reply within a day on some emails and then wait a week for another. Not sure what is going on there. Maybe I just expect prompt communication. Price was fair. Overall the crew of Luis, Orlando, and Juan did a nice job. They were punctual, arriving at 7:45am both days and worked hard. They were very meticulous about their work and cleaned up everything. Luis took the time to explain the process when I had questions on certain areas. I would recommend them to friends if the communication improved.

We live in another area of the state and our transactions with Larry from NW Quality Painting were by phone and email. Our home in Gig Harbor is multi level and in the woods with some difficult access and a large deck with extensive railing. Larry arranged for repairs to the railing and deck; and his crew did a lot of extra work since we weren't there to assist or hire help. NW Quality Painting crew were responsive, timely and great at communicating when there were some weather delays which could not be avoided in March. The house looks great! The price was right and we couldn't be happier with the results. Fantastic Work!

Larry came for a consultation, and he answered all of my detailed questions thoroughly and graciously. He is obviously very knowledgeable in his field. I called two more times after our consult to ask him more questions, and he patiently and meticulously answered them as well. Within 24 hours he emailed me a detailed estimate, and we scheduled the job about a week after that. One thing that new homeowners need to consider is that most contractors, even the best ones, have short windows of time to schedule things, so it always helps the customer to be flexible! If you like a contractor, and they ask if they can schedule your job you are requesting TOMORROW -- do everything in your power to accommodate. This has been my experience with electricians, land scape companies, plumbers, etc. Larry's team showed up right on time, and got right to work. They were clean cut, well spoken, and very professional. They were easy to talk to and I was perfectly comfortable having them in my home. The interior paint turned out beautifully and the few little spots that I asked them to touch-up, they did immediately and with a smile. They worked until 8:30 pm in order to complete the job within the time frame promised. I am nothing but impressed and will absolutely call them again if we have more painting needs.

I started with a color consultation in which their designer helped us choose colors. The painting team was punctual, professional, and did high quality work. We are extremely happy with the result and will use them for any future painting projects.

The color and the paint job turned out fantastic. We could not have been happier with the work done by Luis and his team. Larry checked in with us to make sure everything went well. The paint job looks great and the attention to detail on the drain pipes, around the door, trim...did I say it looks great?! The workers took care of the house as it was their own. They checked with us along the way to make sure all was satisfactory and we very professional. At the end we received the left over paint for use in touching up over the years, but for now, it looks great!

These are the guys you want to paint or stain your house. There are a lot of companies doing this work, but we honestly believe Larry, Mike, and these guys are the best out there. After our first contact with them, Larry came to our house and spent over an hour with us going over every inch of our somewhat complicated house and discussing with us any problem areas he saw and listening to our ideas about what we wanted. He is the consummate professional, experienced, practical, and articulate. We let him know that we wanted to see options and he gave us three within a few days. That allowed us to pick and choose just the services we wanted and to stay right in our budget. We asked Larry to come back for a second and more specialized estimate and he cheerfully did so. As we discussed possible colors with him, we realized how deep his expertise is in the field of color; he looked up and down our street and named the specific colors of all the other houses. Eventually, Larry took a small sample of the siding in for analysis so that the stain would be just what we wanted. He was able to schedule the work just when we wanted it done and he showed up right on time to get the work started himself. When his crew arrived, with Mike as site manager, they got right to work cutting and fitting the battens, all of which had to be custom cut. They stained the battens and let them dry while they pressure washed the walls to be stained. Then they mounted all the battens. After they applied two coats of high-quality stain the walls look just terrific, better than they did when new. They cleaned up the site after their work and did a first-rate job. We have already chosen them to do the next painting project on our house, an interior one. Once again, Larry spent almost an hour with us discussing options and colors. We recommend NW Quality Painting to you in the highest possible terms.
