Had an appt for landscape my front yard. He called 2.5 hours ahead of the appt and said he was right around the corner and if he could come by now. I agreed to meet him. He was pleasant but I felt somewhat apprehensive in his can do everything attitude and said he could do the job installing rock and landscape the front. He gave an approximate cost and said he would send an estimate. I waited a week for a response. Never got any calls or emails. I contacted him again and still no response. Waste of my time.

My yard is small but I was very clear that I wanted to make some major changes - perhaps it wasn't worth their time.

We had some landscape and design needs at our residence. Niwar was extremely nice and seemed very knowledgeable. We walked through the project, he left and sent me a quote about we week later. While the quote was a little more than we had hoped, it still seemed fair. We emailed Niwar and told him we wanted to give him the business. We didn't hear back from him, so I emailed again a few days later. He responded several days later informing us a family member wasn't doing well but that he got my messages and would be working on getting some photo ideas and concepts emailed to me. Over a week later I hadn't heard anything, so I emailed again. It was about this time where the communication dropped off entirely. Niwar never responded to another email or another phone call. We asked him to contact us either way - even if he decided now to do business with us, but we never heard from him again. Looks like I should have checked Angie's List before calling. It appears this has unfortunately happened to many others by this company. Honestly, reading the other reviews made me feel a little better because I was a little concerned that something had happened to Niwar. Happy to hear he didn't fall off the face of the earth. :(

The company would never return my call for delivery, won't respond to any inquiries. A total lack of professionalism to give a charity auction item and then not deliver. Who does that? Certainly no one that I would ever recommend. Stay away from this business!

I set up a time for this company to come out and give me a bid. The day they were supposed to arrive I got a call from a different company and they said Nasim and Sons had sent the lead to them which they do when it gets busy. Needless to say I wasn't happy about that and called NAS. The owner Nawir said it must have been a mix up somewhere and he would arrive at the expected time. He arrived on time and spent a good 20 minutes discussing the overhaul of my backyard. It ended there and it looks like this is fairly common based on a few other reviews here. Absolutely nothing for a month. No email, call. I was busy so waited to follow up. I emailed Nawir the owner with info on the biz card he gave. Nothing. Then I called their office and the woman said she'd have him call me. Again nothing. I won't spend any more time or effort trying to get this company to call me back. I'd prefer to give my business to a company who cares about every customer.

I called Nasim and Sons on 2/23 asking for a visit to my home. I wanted a retaining wall and sod put in my back yard. No one called back so I called again on 2/25. Niwar then returned my call. He said he could come out on 3/2 sometime- that he would call me when he was in my area. He did call on 3/2 and came to my home around 1 pm. I wished he offered a specific time so I did not have to wait at home all day. He said his company could do the work I wanted. He took measurements. He told me he would send me an estimate and plan to my email that night. I received nothing. After four days of no email, I called the number he gave me on his business card. He never called back. This is similar treatment as reported by another customer on Angie's list and on yelp, so I feel I must report this. I am very disappointed.

We had the team come out to do a full yard clean up. Cut trees, stake trees, powerwash retaining walls and clear many flowerbeds and trim all bushes. We were EXTREMELY pleased with their service and professionalism. They were out quickly for a quote and was able to do the work right away. Five Stars for customer service from start of finish! I was also impressed how well they cleaned up after all the work was done. A great crew and looking forward to having them out again soon for landscape lighting and other yard projects!

Was very responsive, came 2 days after I called, analyzed the problem and fixed it, no unnecessary parts or labor. Excellent service, but expensive. $ 125 per hour, but they know what they are doing.

He was very good and knew what he was doing. You always worry with stuff like irrigation and if somebody just decided to do it wants someone good. He really had a lot of experience. Apparently his family business in the same name is in Washington. He just started it down here. He just knew his job and I was impressed by that. He took care of what had to be taken care of. Actually, part of the problem with the plumbing company was that we had an irrigation line running through my foundation which had to be re-routed and he is the one who did that for me. That was fairly expensive but it is a big property. He worked over several weeks and kind of did it in stages. He explained everything and I could see whatever things he was charging me for. He was hard to get out sometimes but I liked him a lot and was very happy with the work.
