The timeline were were given for the entire coordination of the project, was 45 days, he finished all the coordination just under that time. We were very pleased with Joe's work.
Description of Work: After a couple bad experiences with some other contractors, we contracted with Mr. Joe Miller who represented Monark Homes for a total kitchen remodel. He was responsible to coordinate with our insurance company and all the contractors. He did an impeccable job, coordinating with granite company to remove the old granite, recycle, wrap and protect it so we could use it again. Next he coordinated with the cabinet maker who made a whole kitchen full of solid wood cupboards, and island cupboards. He brought in the electrician and plumber to complete the jobs with the applicances and the reconnects to ensure the job was done professionally. He cut out the walls that were soaked with water and mold and reinstalled new insulation, drywall and sealed the job up prepping it for painting.
They are an unbelievable company. Not only did they pick up the garbage that was left over, but they finished it expeditiously. They are excellent. They are professional and expedient. They were right on the timeline and budget. Everything was perfect. The guy that we worked with was Joe Miller. He was the project manager, so he did everything. We started the project way back in July. We had fired two companies from the project. The first contractor was only listening to what the insurance company wanted. The second contractor took forever on the paperwork. Finally, we hired our own contractor, which was Monark Homes. We knew they had a good reputation in the area. They estimated and did what it took the others six months to do in three weeks. We had water damage in our house because of our dishwasher, and they did what they needed to do to fix it. Their communication was exceptional. Their time and budget estimation was exceptional. Their coordination with vendors and subcontractors was excellent. I didn't have to worry too much at all. Joe Miller is the second man in charge. He does everything for the owner.
Description of Work: They coordinated a kitchen remodeling job. They did new cabinets, new floors, islands, tile, paint, electrical, and granite.
