Description of Work: Maxcare remodeled several rooms of our house after a flood. The actual work was adequate but the process was frustrating from start to finish. There was little to no communication. We'd call repeatedly before the project manager would return calls. He'd have no answers and would say he'd get back to us then he'd never call. He never provided costs even though work was started and completed. Finally, he was fired and we got a new project manager. The new guy was much better but, of course, he didn't know the project. He did his best to resolve all of the outstanding issues but it still took 4 tries to schedule the carpet installation so my children were sleeping on the floor for almost 2 weeks.

Description of Work: Replaced damaged hardwood floors, replaced countertops, dried out water damage, repaired cabinets, refinished hardwood floors... It went very well. I would highly recommend Maxcare.
