 + -1 moreTHE MAN ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME HE STATED; WAS VERY THOROUGH AND GAVE MY CHIMNEY A COMPLETE CLEANING THAT HELPED MY SOOT PROBLEM. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LUCKY BRUSH.
Description of Work: I HAD TROUBLE WITH SOOT BEING DEPOSITED ON MY WALLS FROM MY FIREPLACE INSERT SO I HAD LUCKY BRUSH COME OUT TO PERFORM A COMPLETE CLEANING.

Description of Work: THEY DETERMINED CAUSE OF SQUEAK IN THE FAN IN THE FIREPLACE AND REPLACED PARTS.

 + -1 moreRUSS, THE OWNER AND INSTALLER WAS GREAT. VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THERE WERE A FEW PROBLEMS AND HE WAS BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THE VERY NEXT DAY. HE WOULD MAKE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED MY WOOD FIREPLACE AND PUT IN A PROPANE FIREPLACE. THEY HAD TO PLUMB THE HOUSE FOR PROPANE. THEY HAD TO RETURN TO ADJUST THE STRENGTH OF THE FLAME.

 + -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH PRICE AND VALUE OFFERED BY LUCKY BRUSH. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS ALSO PROVIDED BY THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. WE HAVE USED OUR NEW FIREPLACE INSERT EVEN MORE THAN WE EVER IMAGINED. IT WAS A VERY WORTHWHILE INVESTMENT IN OUR HOME.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY INSTALLED NEW FIREPLACE INSERTS INTO A PRIOR GAS LOG FIREPLACE AND CONVERTED A TRADITIONAL FIREPLACE TO A NATURAL GAS INSERT.
