+ -1 moreThey did a horrible job. They destroyed the wall and did not finish it. I had to get someone else to fix it.

+ 0 moreThey had previously put a new chimney liner in so we used them to replace the insert. We had a little time conflict several times but the owner is definitely a person who wants to please and make sure that he has everything done that he promises to do. I think his pricing was fair and his responsiveness was good. He came a little later several times than we had scheduled but he was very good about showing us all the nuances of the new insert. I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Ladder One to replace a fireplace insert.

+ 1 moreThe installation of my new insert and chimney rebuild went great! They did a great job! The workers were very careful with my new carpet and new roof, they took precautions and were surprisingly very clean. The fireplace they installed is so pretty, I love it! Then they took my chimney down on the roof and built me a new one, now I don't have to have that thing covered up with plastic anymore!I could not be happier with the work they did!
Description of Work: I was referred to Ladder One by a friend. He came out and gave me an estimate of what it would take to have a functional and safe fireplace. I hired them, and he installed a new fireplace insert and rebuilt my chimney. It took about 3 days to complete the work.
