We loved Keith! He was always punctual. He was polite and professional as well as friendly. We have a small dog. Every time he went through the room he gave her a pet which she loved dearly. He also explained what he was doing and gave suggestions for what we planned to do after he completed his portion. He was also FAST! The man zipped around getting the job done. We have future jobs we plan on having done and will definitely call Keith. We are totally happy with not only his work but his personality as well. For me that is part of the package. Update: December 4, 2015 We discovered that because Keith didn't check the installation instructions on the jetted tub and the valve for the shower/faucet on the tub, we have problems. The tub is not properly grounded so we need to run another wire through the wall that is now finished making it harder. When we turn on the water, if it is between all the way hot and all the way cold, the shower comes on even if we don't want it to. After calling Moen, we discovered it's because Keith didn't install the correct pipe. Upon reviewing the installation instructions, it is in bold print what to use. The only way to fix this will be to cut into the wall opposite the bathroom since the bathroom wall is now tiled. Although we still like Keith and would recommend him, we HIGHLY recommend reviewing installation information for anything being installed and checking to make sure the instructions are followed. Because of this. I downgraded the quality to B. It will wind up costing us more money to take care of these things after the fact than it would have been to do it right while being installed.

If there was a grade higher than and quot;Aand quot; Keith would earn it. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, returns phone calls, and cleans up after himself. But the best part is the quality of his work. We have used him multiple times, and have always been MORE than satisfied with his work. This year we bought a 1957 house and set him to work on a huge remodel job. He tore out the master bath, and installed a new shower, soaking tub, vanity, lighting, and floor tiling. His tile work is GORGEOUS! He also tore out and replaced the tile in the entry/hallway - another stunning job. He is currently upstairs removing walls and turning an unusable space into a sitting room/library off the master bedroom. Keith does it all - plumbing, electrical, framing, sheetrock, decking, tile work. If he can't do it, he knows someone who can! He is an amazing craftsman, and works incredibly hard. We whole-heartedly recommend Keith for any project.

Keith Is a one man shop and he did a great job. He came when scheduled, was punctual every day, completed the job on time and in addition completed some other repair work for me no questions asked. Keith made sure nothing outside the work area was affected by his work, it all remained clean, and he completely cleaned up everything at the end of each work day. One could not ask for more. We consider him so trustworthy we gave him a key to the house had him lock up when he was through. He is very friendly and comfortable to be around and willing to do whatever you feel you need while providing sound advice on the pitfalls. We will rehire him for any future work and best of all THE PRICE WAS RIGHT

Keith had worked on a downstairs shower several years earlier, and luckily, we were able to locate him. We called and explained the situation ~ My Mother-in-law doesn't like a lot of commotion and new people in her house, and any type of "Change" seems to upset her...especially after the death of her husband of almost 60 years. Keith came in and gave a bid~ MUCH more reasonable than the one the insurance company contractor gave. He gave us his availability, and showed up ready to go exactly on time and from the minute he walked in, put my MIL at ease. He was so gracious towards her, completely getting that she was having a tough time with transitions..he was SO honest, giving us excellent advice, and even when he knew (and we knew) the best thing would've been to rip out all the cabinets, my MIL was entirely against it. Keith was so great about it..He just understands the big picture and wanted nothing more than to make my MIL happy. He did a FABULOUS job, and tackled the upstairs bathroom, even though it wasn't originally on our list of things to get done. Knowing we were to have people moving in soon, he fit the bathroom repair in for us. I CAN NOT say enough about him. Our family feels so fortunate to have had him as our contractor. His work was amazing, on time, and his general demeanor was worth more than the price of gold. Invaluable to our family when we really needed it. I would never hesitate to tell anyone that KVE Enterprises is absolutely THE BEST .
