+ -1 moreJohn was a no-show on the first day he was expected. On the second day he came out with a three person team, and after less than an hour declined to perform the work and walked off the job. This left us in a lurch to find someone new quickly, but since he had not accepted a down payment there was no money exchanged, so in that sense there was "no harm no foul", hence the C grade instead of an F.
Description of Work: Thought I had hired John for a re-pipe and rough-in plumbing for a down to the studs remodel that we are in the middle of. John was great, and came out four times to help us plan on how to deal with a new master bath on top of a cement slab, and how to drill holes in a foundation to make this work. This is not your usual plumbing job; very difficult.

+ -1 moreI called around and John the plumber was the most gracious on the phone was able to meet my schedule and his price was excellent he came out to the house installed a new hot water heater and was gone in about two and a half hours everything was fine
