The individual with whom I dealt had terrible customer service, and overall it was a bad experience.

She is really good. She did not try to up sell or oversell anything and I told her what I could afford and she showed me things that were affordable. I really appreciated that about her. She helped me look for a house for several months. I looked for a house and then I stopped and then a few months later I had to find a house really fast and she helped me with that. She was really easy to work with and she listened and that was important. I would tell others that she will really listen to what they are looking for and won’t take them to any house that are not quite what they want. She also listened as far as price and if I told her that I did not want to see anything over a particular amount, she did not show me anything over that amount. She might have told me about it, if she thinks it could be negotiated down, but she did not waste my time. The quality of her service and overall knowledge was excellent. She was very professional, but personable at the same time.
