I spoke to Mr. Church approximately 1 week prior to the installation. He scheduled the appointment on the day and time I requested. He arrived on time and answered my questions. He was very courteous and professional. The Water Heater was installed in approximately 2 hours. He also cleaned up after himself - if not for the new water heater, I wouldn't know that the work was done. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

I contacted a few plumbers and discovered that it was not an easy task especially when you live in Snoqualmie, WA. I wanted specific toilets, Toto Comfort Height with self/slow closing lids. J & K was able to get those for me and also did the work to replace two construction grade toilets in my new home. He took his time making sure the toilets were installed properly and also took the time to explain what to expect. He arrived on time for the appointment and delivered the right products. We would definitely call J & K Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Replaced gas Hot Water Heater.? On time, courteous and professional. Install went without incident, work site left neat and clean. Have used in the past and will use again.

Jerry was extremely responsive to my early morning call and came on time during the promised time window. He presented to our door with his business card, so I knew who he was when I answered the door. He quickly went to work and cleared the blockage with his snake. I have a chronically ill spouse with dementia and had recently experienced a major sewer overflow due to other complicating circumstances, and didn't want to go through a repeat of a very expensive repair again, so I was delighted that he was able to quickly and efficiently resolve the problem. He was very neat and tidy too. So although it didn't take much time to resolve the issue, the fee was worth the relief of stress for me. And he did give me a senior discount as well. I would certainly call him again and highly recommend Jerry to anyone needing his services.

Showed up right on time and gave us a verbal bid for the work we wanted done which was 1/2 the price quoted to us by another general contractor. He was able to do the work the same day. Everything looked good and worked well when he was done. I will use him again when we remodel our master bath.

I called today to see if I could schedule a time after work to get a few items looked at and receive an estimate. I spoke with and set an appointment with Jerry after I got off work. I was running late (Seattle traffic) however Jerry was patiently waiting for me to arrive. Although I was the one running late he didn't make me feel rushed. Very professional. I showed him the plumbing/water items I was concerned about and he made some recommendations that I feel confident to repair on my own. He gave estimates for service just in case. Jerry even tightened a couple items for me when he reviewed my concerns. Awesome customer service!! Although I didn't require the assistance at this time, I know who I'm contacting when I do need plumbing service. J&K Plumbing has gained a new customer.

They did a good job. They fixed our immediate problem and came back and fixed the root cause. The root cause was related to the slope of the drainline so they redid that work. They did the replacement work in one day.

He was on time and very helpful. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and even taught us how to replace the part if the issue came up with a different faucet. He was professional and friendly.

Two bathrooms in the house had troublesome fixtures - toilets that ran or didn't flush right, sinks that leaked, faucets that sprayed water everywhere. I had purchased one replacement faucet, but hoped a plumber could fix all the other issues - and he did. Jerry arrived on time, I showed him all the things that needed fixing and he got to work. He replaced the one faucet and was able to fix the slow and leaky drains with parts he had with him. He also replaced the insides of both toilets and they now work as they should. He also gave me advice on a kitchen faucet and I'm planning on purchasing a new faucet for that and having him back to install it. I was very happy with the service.

It went very well. They were very responsive to my inquiry and got someone out to my place within a couple days. He had to lay the marble and granite countertops on the vanities, hook the sinks up to the wall plumbing and install new faucets. He also fixed a toilet for me that had been leaking profusely.

Holding tank for well quit on me at 3pm on a Wednesday. Called J and K that afternoon, holding tank was removed and work completed by 2pm the next day! Price seemed very fair and final price was as quoted. Both technicians were friendly and professional. Even helped me change out a filter that was not in their bid. I would not hesitate to use J & K Plumbing again.

I have used this service twice in the past month. Both times they were prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and on time. They did a great job and had everything with them to do both jobs. I will continue to use J & K Plumbing if I have any future plumbing needs.

This was fast and smooth work, for a very fair price. The tech was here on time (early even). One of the faucets had piping under the house that was difficult to reach, and this issue was fixed with never a glitch. We love our new outdoor faucets, that have a quality feel (and most importantly, don't spray water over us every time they are turned on!) Would use again.

This is the second time I have used this firm. They were on time and performed the services quickly and professionally. The results are great and work well.

Our 10 year old water heater stopped working. We called them as soon as they opened at 7:30am. They sent someone out by 8:50am. We decided it would be better to just replace the old water heater instead of repairing it. They had a new water heater installed by 10am. The people I dealt with on the phone and the guys that came out were very professional and pleasant. I must say I think I did get lucky that they had an opening that morning. We would definitely use them again!

I had a mystery leak in my garage by my water heater. When Jerry arrived I explained what happened. He looked in the attic as that's where it looked like the leak was coming from, but everything was dry. He then made a whole in the wall to see if there was a broken pipe in there, but again everything was dry. He then turned back on the water and found a pin whole in one of the pipes coming off the water heater. The whole was at a weird angle and was squirting water on the wall and ceiling across from the water tank. Thank goodness the problem was found and fixed within a short time. I am very thankful for the professional and timely manner my issue was addressed. I will defiantly use J & K plumbing again.

This was non-emergency water heater replacement. Called Monday replaced on Tuesday. Les was great explained each step. You go with who you trust...

Jerry as right on time, finished the work on budget, and did an awesome job restoring our lawn over the drainage pipe.

He was very prompt, and did a great job of working in such a tight space. He was very professional, clean, polite, and courteous. He also had a good sense of humor. His quote was accurate, and we are pleased with his services.

I came home at lunch time to hear water running under my house. I called the city to turn the water off, and then came to Angies List to find a plumber. They arrived within 3 hours of my call and had the repairs made quickly! I appreciated the speedy response, fair price and the repair!!!

I have used J & K for work for over 10 years,as have several of my friends and would recommend them with confidence. The master bathroom toilet was rocking and the tank top was broken. J&K, per my request, confirmed that there was no issue with the pipe and the decision was made to replace the toilet. As always, they were prompt,professional and always keep you posted. In the past they have also replaced my water heater (last Feb) and my garbage disposal (several years ago) and there has never been any issue with the work they have done. I could not ask for a better experience, and I know my friends feel the same way.

My water heater started to leak. Using Angie's List, I found a local plumbing company, J & K Plumbing. I called, talked to Jerry, and he said he could be here "after 3". He was here promptly at 3, removed the old unit, and replaced it with a new one. Perfect.
