We had been having problems with constant leaking from our front outside faucet. That problem was causing our water bill to go up. We finally decided to quit trying to fix it ourselves, and call J & K Plumbing. Sure glad we did :)! Our faucets work great now! Thanks J & K Plumbing!

They were very courteous, reasonably priced for what they do, and I have faith that they'll get the job done and that the repair will last.

It was a father and son. I used J and K Plumbing. They were here October 15 an 16. They are fantastic. I didn't even know our sinks were rotting in so they take up sinks and we bought faucets from them, like the really good ones, and just the way they did it, it's just amazing.

Our hot water heater started leaking on Friday night. The plumber we used in the past was on vacation till Monday and since it was summer, we thought we could wait till Monday. We use a tram to get to our house and our old plumber was used to dealing with it and the small space the hot water heater goes into. On Monday he said he couldn't do it and recommended a company that just did hot water heaters. I called them and they were expensive and couldn't come out that day. I called J and K Plumbing from their reviews on Angie's List. Jerry was out here in about 2.5 hours, wasn't scared of the tram, installed it and did a great job. We have a new go to Plumber now. Plus he gave a senior discount. We'll use them again and have recommended his company to clients.

My project went great. The plumber who came out to a**** the issue didn't have on hand or recognize the problem part, so he took pictures to show his supplier. Within a couple of days they got back to me to say that they had found the part and schedule installation. The installation appointment was set for later than I hoped, but their scheduler was great about putting me on a waiting list and contacting me as soon as an earlier space opened up. The actual installation went well. He showed up midway through the expected window and did the necessary part replacement quickly and neatly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely call them again for future issues.

I called Monday morning and got scheduled for the following day. There was a cancellation so the scheduler called me and let me know that Jerry (the plumber) could come out on the same day if i was available. That was great they are so proactive about scheduling. Jerry was here w/in an hour, diagnosed the issue and fixed my toilet all within 1 hour. He addressed my questions with honesty based on his professional experience. The job was pretty straight forward but Jerry was very professional and got the job done quickly. I would use them again and recommend them for plumbing issues.

I used to do this myself but this time both the faucet & the toilet had rusted parts. I was really happy I didn't try to do it because they both needed strong muscles, a bolt cutter, and an additional part. I have had no leaks since & no longer have to put paper towels behind the toilet or leave the faucet handle at 2 o'clock position :) Jerry was patient & professional & did a great job leaving things all cleaned up. He even loosened up the rusted bolts on the toilet lid and left me new ones so I could replace the seat. I would be happy to hire him again although I hope I have no more problems soon. It took me a day or two to get out of the habit of leaving the faucet handle at 2 o'clock lol.

I called J and K in need of extending some existing plumbing for our new barn construction. They were really polite on the phone and luckily for me, were able to get me scheduled in just a few days. Jerry spoke to me before coming out and answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The day he came out was pouring down rain and he had to work around two other contractors jockeying for the same workspace. It was kind of a mess, but Jerry was very professional and patient. He did a nice job and took the time to go over with us what he had done when he was finished, even though he was sopping wet and muddy. We appreciated his work and would definitely hire him again.

Our first appointment was August 27th. Jerry disconnected old plumbing and with his help was able to lift the 147 lb cast iron sink out of the counter top. The new sink required the hole to be cut larger and I asked if I could have a day to complete and set up a follow up appointment . When Jerry came on the 31th. every thing was ready for him to complete the install. We are very satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work.

Given the fact that I told the office the wrong type of hot water tank that needed replacing, Jerry was able to exchange the wrong tank for the right one and was able to fit me into his busy schedule at the end of the next business day. With the right supplies, they got right to work removing the old tank, moving the gas lines and vent lines to accommodate the new tank configuration. It looks great. A nice, tidy installation. It is pretty amazing what these guys have to go through to insure that what we take for granted every day works properly and in a safe manner. Even squeezing themselves into really small spaces to make the right connections. I appreciate the extra effort they took to get these items taken care of for me. Next time I will be certain I know what I need before I call. You won't be disappointed with their services. Really nice people, very courteous and professional.

The plumber said that when my husband put the caulk in he missed a couple of places. He put in a little more caulk and called it good. Said that there was no charge because he really did not do anything. Will definitely use this company in the future and adding his contact to our neighborhood recommendations.

The warranty had run out but they showed up -early - and replaced the valve at NO COST. As usual they wore the soft overshoes to protect the floor and quickly replaced the valve - at no charge.

Even though I got an appointment within 2 days of my call, they called me back twice to see if I wanted earlier time slots which had become available. The plumber was 10 minutes early on the day he was to arrive. He was professional, friendly and instructive. They also provide a senior discount. The $!60 was the trip and service call fee. He did not charge me for the two flappers.

It went great! The plumber arrived a few minutes early, and went right to work. He was very professional. Once he got the old unit off, he discovered he didn't have a direct replacement in stock in his work truck. So he worked around my schedule and came back the next day, later in the day so that it didn't affect my work schedule. Even though he had to come back a second time, the quoted price stayed the same. He took the time to do the job right, even though it took 15-20 minutes longer (this was due to the original install not being done the way it should have). Now the installation is much "cleaner" and more professional. I won't hesitate to call them back for any future plumbing needs!

On site review of work request went well. However, ~ 2weeks went by and never received a quote. Called Jerry and he told me he would have a quote to me that evening and that was over a week ago. I am certainly disappointed and would prefer if a contractor is too busy or does not want to take on a job, they let me know up front so my time is not wasted. I have lost a month and have to start my search over again. If the quote process is any indication of how the job would go, probably better off finding another plumbing contractor.

Jerry came to my house on time with all the parts needed to complete the job. Before beginning he quoted the exact price and told me how long it would take to complete the work. I was impressed by both the quality of customer service and the workmanship. I appreciated dealing directly with the owner / tradesman, and I highly recommend J and K Plumbing.

We were pleased with the service, they were able to come out rather quickly and get the job done. It worked out nicely.

Jerry answered directly when I called and was able to come out the same day to take a look at my leaking toilet. He provided a price quote over the phone, which was fair and right on market. He was honest and performed the repair quickly and professionally. I will be using him for future plumbing needs.

We have used Jerry before for our plumbing needs and have always been pleased with his services. Most recently, we called him because our water heater died. Jerry was able to promptly schedule an appointment for the replacement. The work was done expertly and efficiently. We highly recommend J and K.

Two of our toilets started leaking on Thanksgiving. We left a message for J and K that day and were able to connect the following Monday. Service was scheduled for the next day. Jerry came out right on time and replaced the pipe seal and improved the base attachment for one fixture, and replaced the seal between reservoir and bowl for the other fixture. We have the worst luck with plumbing disasters on Thanksgiving - J and K came out two years before to replace a dead hot water heater!

Jerry showed up right on time. Thankfully, he had the right replacement part on his truck and was able to quickly make the repair. He checked the other pipes/sink components while he was there and pointed out something else that needs to be replaced in the next few months - no pressure, just something to watch. I'll plan to have him come back out when I'm ready to have that taken care of. Very professional and tidy.
