They keep the area clean and wear the little booties. I had a couple people that quoted us over $5000 and for something else that needed to be done with the pipes. J and K came out and said they didn't know why anybody thought other service needed to be done at all. There was nothing wrong with my pipes.

We did not go with J & K Plumbing only due to scheduling, and found another company just as flexible and accommodating to work with, but would recommend this plumbing company for future reference.

It went very well. Plumber encountered heavy corrosion in the fixture parts, requiring him to take extraordinary measures to disassemble it. Had to drill out the handle screw and provide a new chrome handle. Despite this extra work and part, he did not increase the bill from the quoted price. Very nice man, very professional and fast.

Our telephone call was answered promptly, service was promised for that afternoon. The plumber arrived promptly and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. This was a very good service experience!

Roberta responded to my phone messages and emails right away throughout the process and explained everything that was going to be done (this was my first water heater replacement). Jerry came out to do a free estimate so I knew right away what the price would be. I was able to get on the schedule in a extremely reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend J&K Plumbing.

The fridge has been working great since the work was done. Plumber showed my wife how to use the cutoff when I was at work, and even told us about some water in our crawl space he noticed. It turned out the water issue was bigger than we thought, but we wouldn't have had a clue about it unless he mentioned it. Really thankful to Jerry's son for mentioning this as it saved us from potentially having bigger issues down the road. Price was reasonable. It was $220 cheaper than another plumber and the work was acceptable.

All went well. J&K arrived on time, scouted the problem, and felt that it might actually be a leak in the tub faucet. He quickly disassembled the unit, found that this was indeed where the leak was coming from, and gave me an estimate for repair. I agreed and he quickly replaced the failed part. We have since had no problems with leakage.

We called some leak detection services and were told that it would cost at least $375 to find the leak and then a plumber would have to be called because the service does not fix leaks. We called J & K Plumbing and they said they would come out to make an estimate so we could decide what to do. Jerry came out and checked the buried valves on the old irrigation system and found that was the problem. He shut them off. He was professional and knowledgeable. We will be calling J & K with our plumbing needs.

Went smoothly. The phone calls arranging the work were handled very cheerfully and professionally. The plumber was prompt, answered all questions and worked efficiently, even detecting a fixing a minor leak without additional charge.

Jerry completed the work quickly and efficiently. He is very personable and we will definitely hire him again for any future jobs we may have and will refer him to our friends and neighbors. Thank you, Jerry!

Very well, very professional. The price was competitive, the time it took was minimal. A job well done in all areas.

Jerry showed up on time and got right to work. He started downstairs where the drain pipe was exposed in the ceiling of the family room and spent a lot of time patiently waiting for a sign of where the leak might be coming from. When nothing was dripping from there he went upstairs to the tub to take a look. He was able to determine where the leak was coming from and explained thoroughly what was happening and how to fix it. I would defiantly recommend J & K Plumbing to all my family and friends.

Came and looked at the pipes in the house and said he would give me an estimate in the mail. After 2 phone calls and a few weeks later I still have yet to see this estimate.

Jerry arrived early and quickly installed a new valve and copper tubing through kitchen cabinets to the refrigerator. Hooked up the water to the refrigerator and flushed the system. Cleaned up and departed.

Showed up very quickly after call, less than an hour. Was very professional and cleared our drain quickly and efficiently. Even laughed at the wife's jokes. Will use them again for sure.

Explained the leak we were having to Roberta first thing this morning and she set up an appointment for this afternoon. She called back and said Jerry could come out earlier (Thanks!); within a very short time, Jerry was out to the house to figure out why we had water from a bathtub pipe pouring out of the kitchen ceiling of the floor below. Jerry figured out the problems and fixed them very quickly, then tested everything to make sure we would have no further problems. From beginning to end, polite, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, gracious, and very affordable. This is the second time J & K has been out to rescue us over a two-year period, and they were just as impressive the second time as they were initially. Absolutely the best, and I have recommended J & K Plumbing to others, who also have had great customer service.
