J & K Plumbing showed up on time and they stayed late to get the job done. They had to specialize the two water heaters together and they had a very competitive price. They did an excellent job and I would use them again in the future.

They didn't need to be snaked so the cost was higher than if I had used a different company that based their cost on an hourly rate. The time spent was less than an hour.

Excellent! Very professional, efficient & quick. The price was less than what I was expecting. The first time they came they were only here for a half an hour to assess the job and they did a little bit of work why they were here. They said they would tack that time on to the next time they came out. When they came out they quoted me 600.00 just for what they were going to do that day not the previous time they were out, and the cost was only 545.00. The job only took 1.5 - 2 hours. Work was excellent. They really clean up after themselves. They were a little late the first time but other than that they were on time. Their receptionist is very professional and got back to me asap.

My entire kitchen sink fell apart underneath, literally! There were hear as soon as I called them and the installed a new disposal and pipes, they cleaned up all of the mess and were very nice to deal with.

Called for a water emergency -- never received a return call.

Charged me $102.00 for less than 15 minutes of actual work and suggested I change all the pipes in my house, and my water heaters changed at a thousand each. That he estimated the total cost at $10,000.00 and then maybe change the pipes from the water meter to the house. My neighbor came over and we removed the faucet valves and cleaned them (No rust present), and water pressure was normal. Said he would make up an estimate, never did. Quoted a water heater change out at $1000.00.

I called the company after finding them on Angie's List to set up a appointment to fix my plumbing problems. They came out per my time frame. They called to remind me of the appointment twice and called to OK coming out a little earlier than expected. Jerry and Alex were very professional. They reviewed the problems I had and gave me a price with a 10% discount (senior). They each started working on the different leaks and completed the job very quickly. They checked to make sure the leak on the refrigerator was fixed and discovered other issues with the appliance and gave me some recommendations. I would recommend this plumbing company. I'm very satisfied with the service.

New dishwasher ordered from another company and delivered, supposed to be installed, but the installers said they couldn't do it, that the pipes were in the wrong place, so we needed actual plumbers to move the pipes and install the dishwasher. J&K Plumbing was found on Angie's List, offered to come out the same day, but I had to have them scheduled for the next afternoon. They came out at exactly the scheduled time, checked the problem, gave a quote and fixed it within the hour.

I called in the morning and was able to get an appt. at 2pm the same day. Jerry called me approximately an hour before to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was very courteous. He gave me an estimate within 30 min. It took another hour (approximately for all of the work to be done), he did a great job.

I called J & K Plumbing to see if they could send someone out to give me an estimate. Roberta was very kind on the phone and explained that they do not charge a trip fee and would be able to give me an estimate. Two days later, Jerry arrived promptly (even a little earlier...he called first), and was very personable and courteous. Since he was not able to easily find the cause of the leak in order to give me an estimate, he said he could cut through the ceiling and if the fix wasn't difficult from there, the entire visit would cost about $160. Sure enough, the fix wasn't too difficult and indeed cost $160. While he was here, he also installed a new sink drain in my bathroom sink which cost an additional $85. I supplied the parts. I thought Jerry was very professional, skilled and trustworthy.

Jerry handled the work efficiently and left the area clean and ready to use. He did have another person with him who I assumed was a trainee, who I wasn't charged for (I think). I have had other similar work done in the past, including a plumbing shop that charged a $100 per hour fee including travel time, and this was by far the most costly. If I hadn't been pressed for time, I would have sought another bid, although the job was so small that it seemed like overkill to ask for multiple bids. The Angie's List price grade lead me to assume that J & K would have been more competitive; but I am wiser now.

Here's the most amazing part of the visit -- THERE WAS NO CHARGE! I couldn't believe it. I can't remember the last time anyone came out who didn't at least have a travel charge or such (except maybe for estimates). Jerry related they don't charge unless they "fix" something. I love this company. Not only are they really great at what they do, but you won't find a more honest and ethical company around. As they say, "Pay it forward." Whenever I have the opportunity to sing the praises of this company, I do!

Jerry and assistant had come in earlier in the day and gave the best of 3 bids-all from Angie's List. Very neat and efficient and cleanup was appreciated.

Everything worked out really well with this job. I had no problems at the time and I have no problems now. They were very professional the whole time they were here. They showed up on time every time. They had to come out a couple of times because my husband was not here for one of the appointments. They were very good with that. I am very satisfied with them.

The work was on time, polite, productive, and produced great work. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

They are very professional and very courteous. I found this company by looking at Angie's list for someone who is close to where I live. I have had horrible experiences with plumbers in the past, and now I feel comfortable if I need a fair and very capable plumber to help out. The receptionist, Roberta, is also a wonderful asset to the company. Even though the plumbers were all busy that day, she arranged to have Jerry come out within a couple hours.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY, FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO THE COMPLETED JOB. THE RECEPTIONIST HAD A FRIENDLY TELEPHONE MANNER AND THE PLUMBER, JERRY, WAS ON TIME, GOT RIGHT TO THE DIAGNOSIS AND PRICE QUOTE, QUICKLY EXPLAINED WHAT HAD TO BE DONE AND FROM WHERE, AND ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE, WAS VERY CONSIDERATE WHEN HE HAD TO COME THROUGH MY HOUSE AND ENCOUNTER TWO CATS, WORKED NEATLY AND DILIGENTLY, AND WAS PATIENT ENOUGH WITH ME TO TAKE TIME TO OBSERVE AND ADVISE ME ON ANOTHER POTENTIAL JOB.

GREAT WORK, VERY PATIENT WHILE I MADE SOME DECISIONS. GAVE SOME ADVICE THAT MADE ME MORE CONFIDENT IN MY CHOICES.

JERRY CHURCH WAS PROMPT, POLITE, EFFICIENT, AND COURTEOUS. THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT TOOK LESS THAN 30 MINS. SCHEDULING WAS A BREEZE. THE RECEPTIONIST WHO TOOK MY ORIGINAL PHONE CALL WAS VERY POLITE. I WAS QUOTED AN ACCURATE PRICE UPON MAKING THE APPOINTMENT. THE $160 THAT I WAS CHARGED SEEMED A LITTLE PRICEY GIVEN THE FACT THAT THE JOB WAS FAST AND APPEARED TO BE QUITE SIMPLE FOR AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBER. THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL, THOROUGH AND ACCOMMODATING. IT TOOK MORE THAN ONE DAY, BUT THEY GOT ME HOT WATER THE FIRST NIGHT AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. THEN, THEY SENT ME A THANK YOU CARD.
