Description of Work: I had what I thought was a plumbing leak in a shower wall which was causing the subfloor to bulge. A very professional plumber showed up, thoroughly investigated my issue and even tried to recreate the situation. In the end he found that the plumbing was not leaking but the shower spray was overflowing the glass door sill causing the problem. In the end he refused to take any money because, even though he spent time investigating and determining what my problem was, he hadn't had to do any plumbing work. In all my experience I have never had a more courteous, professional, honest craftsman in my home. I was thoroughly impressed by him and the whole J and K Plumbing philosophy he so clearly enunciated. If I ever have a plumbing issue I will definitely go to J and K Plumbing.

Description of Work: Jerry supplied and installed a new sewage pump which serves our lower-level bathroom and laundry. He arrived right on time and provided a a bid upfront for services. The cost seemed steep for what turned out to be a two-hour job, but the price also included the cost of the new sewage pump and a new shut-off valve - around $250 retail cost. Overall, it's great to have the plumbing back in service and I'm a satissfied customer.

Description of Work: I am writing this review a little late as have been really busy. I am guessing as to the date that Jerry came to my home as well as the amount charged, but I think that I am in the ballpark! I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the job that Jerry did for me. He was punctual, honest, and thorough. He is without a doubt the person that I would call in the future for any plumbing needs. My husband is in property development and management and manages a number of buildings and offices. Description of Work: Replace septic system

Description of Work: They had to replace the insides of the toilets at my parents house. Also repaired the leaking faucet in the upstairs bathroom.

Description of Work: A water pipe broken inside a finished wall and caused flooding on the lower level of our home. Jerry Church responded to our telephone call very promptly, quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it in no time. We had not been able to figure out the location of the leak and he had no problem tracking it down in short order. We were very pleased with his professional demeanor and will definitely use him again when we need any type of plumbing work done. We highly recommend using J & K Plumbing.

Description of Work: Replace Toilet (customer supplied), replace flange and pipe in crawl space, replace 2 forst-free hosebibs (making access for one inside tight cabinet!).

Description of Work: I was worried that I had a leak behind my bathroom wall where the tub fixtures are. It turned out not to be serious, Jerry fixed the problem quickly. He was on time and reasonable in the price of the work. This is the second time I've used this plumber and was happy both times.
