Insulation Northwest Representative returned my phone inquiry surprisingly fast. An appointment was made for a company representative to visit our home and give an estimate. We received a PDF within 48 hours. Gave it a review and reassessment in how this would or wouldn't fit our plan to correct the winter and summer temperature fluctuations we were experiencing in the rooms immediately above.

Matt from Insulation NW came out and inspected my crawl space. He explained the current conditions and what was needed to put in new Insulation, make the crawl space rodent tight, repair disconnected hvac lines, and install a new vapor barrier. The crew was out to my house within a week. The work was completed in 1 day. The crew did a good job of cleaning up after the work. The crew was courteous.

The company was great. Responsive to our request for estimate. They were on time,clean and professional .

Customer service and communication was great. They took the time to send someone to quality check the next day and someone in the office also followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The people working in the house were respectful and kept everything clean.

Customer service and a trustworthy company are so important to me. Matt Hutson at Insulation NW came to our house to give us a bid and he ended up solving a huge problem for us. What he discovered, ended up being warranty work through our builder, but Matt took photos for us & provided detailed information. Our builder had their own insulation people that had to be used, but I would recommend Matt & Insulation NW for a company you can trust!

WOW they did a fantastic job! They got here on time and took their time getting the attic prepped to seal air pockets before they sprayed the insulation in the attic. They also fixed spots in the crawl space before putting down a new plastic vapor barrior. The work that they did made a major difference in the warmth in my home. I am very please and would diffentaly recommend them.

They did a great job in my crawlspace. They wouldn't provide an itemized estimate but only the total estimate, without any breakdown of the individual tasks which I found strange.

Insulation northwest was great to work with. They gave me a detailed quote and scope of the job and worked directly with PSE to apply the rebates. On the day of the job they came on time and got to work. Fast, efficient, and reasonable. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

Highly recommended this company! The crew was punctual, tidy and very professional. They removed are old insulation, worked around the schedule of another company that dealt with the mold and reinstalled new installation to our attic, crawl space and garage.

Very professional and very fair price

The estimator was great, he listened to my concerns and offered options that suited my needs. The workers were respectful and got to work right away. I had insulation installed under my floor in the crawl space, a ground cover installed, ducts sealed, and the garage ducts wrapped. I was very happy with the insulation results, I no longer feel a difference in air temperature between rooms. I was not thrilled with the ground cover nor the garage ducts wrap, these jobs seemed rushed. The ground cover had multiple holes and was not put down with a function or pleasing aesthetic in mind. The garage ducts wrap is definitely helping with the loss of heat, but it looks clumsy with white tape all over the place. Overall I'm satisfied. I just think parts of the job were rushed.

From the estimate to the crew arriving and completing the job as promised, everything was seamless for me as the customer. I did not know about PSE rebate prior to scheduling estimates and was VERY surprised when 70% of the cost was paid by PSE. This is the second time I’ve used Insulation NW on a major project and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will definitely recommend to others.

I ended up getting 4 estimates to remove the rodents from my crawl space, fix and seal the duct work and replace all of the floor and duct work insulation. Of the 4, Insulation NW had the second lowest estimate for the job. However, they were the only company to come through with a thorough rebate evaluation through PSE. So, with the rebate factored in they were the lowest bidder for the job. They also came through with a bank referral for a 1-year no interest loan to cover the upfront costs of the project. They actually started and professionally completed the entire job on my ~1800 sq ft crawl space in one day. I would definitely recommend calling them to get an estimate if you need insulation work done.
