I ended up getting 4 estimates to remove the rodents from my crawl space, fix and seal the duct work and replace all of the floor and duct work insulation. Of the 4, Insulation NW had the second lowest estimate for the job. However, they were the only company to come through with a thorough rebate evaluation through PSE. So, with the rebate factored in they were the lowest bidder for the job. They also came through with a bank referral for a 1-year no interest loan to cover the upfront costs of the project. They actually started and professionally completed the entire job on my ~1800 sq ft crawl space in one day. I would definitely recommend calling them to get an estimate if you need insulation work done.

Insulation Northwest went above and beyond when it came to removing the insulation in our attic and then coming back to replace new insulation. We really appreciated the fact that everyone was mindful of our space when coming into the house with shoe covers. They covered so much of the floor, the walls, the bed, etc. so everything was spotless. They made us aware of issues that we didn’t even know about and explained what the next step would be in making sure there was proper ventilation. They also made sure the bathroom fan was connected properly, as it wasn’t done correctly from the previous owner. They worked so ho*** ** both of the days and were very professional. Stephen was the person who came out to give us an estimate and he was very thorough and explained everything to us. All of the folks from the company were great! Thank you to the women who made our appointments and sent over information that we needed! Everyone was so kind and they did excellent work!

Everything went as planned as I had envisioned.

Insulation NW did an excellent job of removing old inadequate insulation from an attic and crawlspace and replacing it with new insulation and wrapping the ductwork. They had two crews, one for the attic and one for the crawlspace, working for many hours to complete the job. A vapor barrier was also installed in the crawlspace. We paid a very reasonable price after the large PSE Rebate was applied.

Insulation NW kept contact with me from day 1 of my estimate, to the day I selected them and had my attic insulation installed. This was almost a month long process, they contacted me only when I was willing, and when some new discounts arouse. Because of their upfront communication I selected them. On insulation day everything went smooth and I had no concerns with them working on my house. They did everything they said they would plus added a vent because it was going to be required by the state. If I need any more insulation work I will gladly contact them again.

Insulation NW was amazing, they came out to give an estimate quickly, had the most reasonable rate of all the bids I saw and were able to schedule me that same week! And the actual insulation process was very speedy. Would recommend working with them!

Insulation Northwest did a fantastic job insulating my 1944 house recently, with Drill & Fill in ground-floor walls never before insulated, plus a complete insulation of the second floor attics and interior walls. They were super-careful cutting and drilling my old cedar shakes, replacing them perfectly and caulking them afterwards. They worked around plants without damaging a thing while doing the walls outside. I have old lath and plaster walls but blowing in the fill left not even a hairline crack or any trace on the inside. Much appreciated! They spent two long days at my house and they were clean, friendly, professional, and helpful . This is my second time hiring Insulation Northwest and I give them my highest recommendation.

I got 4 bids for my crawlspace and attic i went with Northwest not only based on price but how knowledgeable and experienced they were. They did an excellent job for me. Hade two crews out 2500' crawlspace and 3300 attic. 2 full days of work. Very hardworking crew! Field manager came by often to check on work. I used Northwest on another prooerty about 13 years ago. Standards have remained high. Should I have a need I will definitely call on them again.
