GENESIS CARPET CARE

We were moving into a home where the previous owner had a cat--which most of our family/moving crew were very allergic to. At less than a week's notice, Genesis came the day before we moved in and cleaned all the carpets in the house. The cleaner was on time, courteous, professional, and did a great job. He was able to remove several stains we weren't sure would come out.

This was the single worst experience I've had hiring someone to do a job. My wife and I hired Jeff Henehan to do a comprehensive carpet cleaning before moving out of a rental house. He neglected to clean large areas of the carpet, and we had to pay another company to come out and finish the job. He told our property manager that he didn't do a complete job because there was still furniture in the house, which is a complete lie, so we were stuck with the bill. He was 40 minutes late to the appointment and admitted that he had just slept in ("I've been working late hours recently"). When he suggested that I write a review online, I literally told him, "I'm going to do you a favor and not write you a review," after which he started yelling at me in my own kitchen. Needless to say, that prompted me to write as many reviews as possible, like this one.
