Contacted Flohawks on a Weds. morning. Through email exchanges set up an appointment for Thursday. Surprised I got it set up so quickly and Eric was very responsive. Scheduled to come between 12-5 and would call when they were on their way. Perfect since I work only 10 minutes away. No call all afternoon. Went home a little early figuring they must be on their way. No call so emailed Eric. Got a call at 5:30 saying they would not get out until 9:30 or 10. I said no as I have renters in the house. Rescheduled for Saturday, again between 12-5 and they would call. I hung out waiting all afternoon. Finally got a call at 5:45 saying they were on their way. Told them to forget it. If I had gotten a call sometime prior to 5:00 I might have been OK...at least let me know your going to be late so I can leave my house. Bad enough giving a 5 hour window, but then to not have the courtesy to call and let the customer know you are running VERY late...TWICE!!!

The most horrible business experience in recent memory. I called on 7/17 to schedule a pump, inspection, and line scope. Was told that they were about 3 days out to being able to see me. I wanted to schedule for Monday, 7/24. After talking to their specialist I was told that he would get it set up and call me right back. Silence.....called him back the next day to find out what was going on. He sent me a questionnaire that I filled out and sent back within about an hour of receiving it. Silence....called back the next day to find out what was going on with my appointment. He told me that he would talk to his guys and call me right back . Silence... After not hearing back on Friday or over the weekend, I call back at 9:30 am Monday morning to find out if they are coming out to do work. He says "I tried to call you but your phone says out of service." I say, "I've been talking to my realtor, the appraiser, the home inspector, and my wife, but you are the only one who can't get through? No pumping on Monday, but rescheduled for between noon and 2pm on Tuesday, No show on Tuesday. They called at 2pm to say that they were behind and would be able to be there until 7pm. No show at 7pm. I get a all at 7:30 pm saying that their truck broke down and they wouldn't be able to make it. I fired them on the phone and told the receptionist that this was the worst, most unprofessional experience. She says "Sir please stop talking to me like that".....WTH. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Old septic backed up. Called for pumping, got service within 6 hours, at nearly 8 pm. Found pipe was badly clogged. The guy with the snake was here early, at 9 am. While snaking, he found the pipe was broken. Because tech was unable to completely clear the line (due to the break), though he did remove a lot of debris he discounted the estimated rate by two-thirds. Both techs showed me the damages as they described them, so I clearly understood the issues. I was disappointed that I had to wait two days for the pipe repair. The sales rep did not return my calls or emails asking for an estimate of cost and time to complete. I was calling other services when I heard back from him. However, later that morning a crew was here, and within two hours the entire repair was completed for the rate I had been quoted. I will call Flohawks in the future as I continue to renovate my old house.

Very well. They were prompt & efficient.

Operator spent 3 to 4 hours in his truck waiting on other things to happen like pumper truck or a line jetting truck. Actual work was 4 or 5 hours. Charge for labor was time on site to include lunch break (9 hours). Once 8 hours past operator got in a rush and did a partial job of backfilling the holes that were dug. When I signed off on his work sheet I ask if they were going to cover the septic tank. He replied his boss told him to leave it uncovered. Two days past, then I called Kevin who set up the job to check into it. He said he would. That was March 30, still waiting today on May 11 for a response. Needless to say I filled it in myself. Once I was obligated to pay them customer service seemed to end.

Plumber arrived earlier than expected and explained the hourly rate and services he would perform. He had to locate and dig up the septic tank lid. It turned out to just be a main line clog which he snaked without a problem. He billed their fixed rate for cleaning out the main line as it was less expensive than 2 hours labor would have been. It's still a lot of money but I guess that's how much this kind of work costs and it was not something I was familiar enough to fix myself.

Representative called & informed us that they were too expensive to facilitate a project such as the one requested & recommended for us to search for a company that did just repipe work. We've used FloHawk for other work in the past & were generally pleased with the results.

It went excellent he arrived on time was very polite and knowledgeable. Recommend

11/21The first person dug a hole to one of the septic tank covers and verified that the tank needed to be pumped. Cost = $196 11/22 The second person dug holes to the other two covers, pumped the tank and told me that repair work would need to be done Cost = about $650 The third person contacted me, I expected work to start the Friday after Thanksgiving but when I contacted him again he said he was on vacation and referred me to a fourth person who never gave me a definite answer on work to be done or an estimate of what it would cost. Despite several calls and texts requesting this information, I have not heard from them since 12/1.

Long story...they performed the work requested and the technicians did a fine job as far as I know. Terrible customer service, pricey for the work but under a deadline and had to keep going. Biggest issue was the very difficult customer service experience along the way and cannot recommend.

The work was good but they had to cut my driveway open and when they replaced the driveway it was amazing. I scheduled multiple appointments to get them to come out for a repair after that and he never showed up. He finally showed up and said he could complete the repair but it took so long to do my septic tank I did not want to take the time to wait for them.

They showed up on time. Their prices were as advertised and I was happy with them. I went with them because of their reputation. They showed up when they said they would. They completed their work when they said they were going to and everything was fine. They left the place in good order. They did a good work. The price was competitive. Everything was good about them so you can put B's down the road.

After scheduling a septic tank pump over a week in advance and taking the afternoon off to wait for the scheduled service between 1:00 - 5:00, no one showed up. They didn't bother to contact me until 5:30 to see if I could reschedule to the next day. No apology, no acknowledgement that they had inconvenienced me. This company has a lot to learn about customer service!

Asbuilt showed system has a septic pump. Office and driver did not believe I had a pump. I had tank pumped. Than a week later water was higher than it was suppose to be, so I had to use asbuilt and find the septic pump myself. at this time I called them back out to work on the pump. They sent a pump truck out and charged me $225 to pump what could not of been 100 gallons in this small sump area. I really feel this should of been done at the first pumping. They do good work I just feel I was not treated fairly and over charged.

They got it running and made sure electrical was good. The pump did fail again a few days later and my husband was able to fix the problem. Trouble free since.

The toilet in my upstairs bathroom was backed up and I wasn't sure what the problem was. Water was backed up in the garage deep sink also. I called them and they got a service rep right out. He discovered that my pump was turned off and my septic was full and needed pumping. They came out and pumped out the system quickly and all is working great.

Septic tank alarm sounded so I called FloHawks. They scheduled a technician for the following morning between 08:00 - noon. I was called about 11:15 saying the repair person would be late. He arrived at 12:15, not very late but we did have to wait all morning. The technician found a problem with the float and corrected it right away. The problem was been resolved. We also appreciated the senior discount.

Very well. They had to remove 90% of my lower patio. In addition they moved quite a bit of heavy equipment around my back yard. All in all the disruption to the work site was much less than expected. They also did a good job of back filling, hauling away debris and cleaning up as best they could. We were very satisfied with the work and the price. In addition, I found the men that did the work very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do. No surprises.

Septic system plugged up and needed tank pumped on a sunday. We were very pleased with the service and the wonderful tech who came out. Service man made a very unpleasant situation pleasant. He was a pleasure to work with.

Fabulous service. We used them before; on time, professional, no gouging in terms of price, no and quot;upsellingand quot; of services.

The techs were very pleasant and honest. Showed me things I could do to address future issues before having to call in and spend money on an easy fix.

Professional and prompt.

Called Friday (2-22-13) because our 4plex parking lot was filling up with water, spoke with Carl who went right over and after checking out the problem quoted me a price of $835 to send a truck over to pump and dump the water. I was told it is a dry well and the ground is so saturated and the water has no where to go. After all was said and done, they price came in lower at $783 a nice surprise. It is an ongoing problem and they have given me a couple of options. We decided to see about tapping in to the city lines for a permanent solution. Carl is going to find out what that involves and give me quote and time frame for doing that. It took 4 hours from the time I spoke with Carl to the problem being fixed, so I was very pleased with the time it took to take care of our problem and with Carl's excellent customer service in checking into a permanent solution for us, we will use them to fix the problem permanently and for any other problems that fall under what they do.

Locator pill successfully flowed into the tank. Pumping completed.

Overall things went very well. They came out to do a basic inspection as we thought the tank may have filled more quickly than expected. The tech found that the tank had flooded with water due to the pump shorting out. Further investigation found that the wiring for the pump was not up to code and had corroded. The tank had to be pumped in order for them to access the pump for replacement which they promptly did. An electrician had to fix the issues with the power feed to the pump which we scheduled for the next day. All the techs were very friendly and professional and the work done was very good. My only complaint is that the electrical work was not included in the initial estimate so the final bill was slightly higher than expected.
