The overall experience of dealing with Ken was really horrible. The project got extended as he did not show up on time/day he was assigned. It was written in contract that he will work on weekends if need be to finish the project but of the 7 days, he was there only 1 day. The job done completely unprofessional. The dry walls outlets were not cut properly and it didn't look like a work of professional. Honestly I do a better job of cutting drywalls than him. He did not clean up the mess after the work. Because of his unpunctuality, there was lot of inconvenience in the project. The install of granite slabs got delayed by two days. The dry-wall guy had to wait for 3 days to finish his work. The project coordinator mentioned that he even denied that we agreed on sawing concrete to run the conduits because it is not written in contract. Some business ethics! After that point I had to call my lawyer to make sure that the contract was terminated formally. STAY AWAY, DO NOT HIRE,
Description of Work: My kitchen was getting remodeled and I needed some electrical work to be done. Of all the bids that I received, theirs was the highest. I still decided to go with them because no one else was available at the time when I wanted to start the project. According to initial inspection the work involved sawing and drilling the concrete ceiling and floor to lay in the conduits. Hence a bid of $3100 + tax was accepted because of additional work of laying in the conduits in concrete. After the walls were removed, we discovered that the conduits were already running through the ceilings and no additional work needed to be done. Also originally the work was estimated to be 4 days full time and later we found out that the work was only 2 days. I asked them to deduct the money from the estimate and give me the final pricing but he was not willing to reduce the cost of project. In one day all he did was move 3 electrical panels and run a wire through a conduit. For this I ended up paying $1600.
