Gary has worked for me for several years and I have grown to really respect his level of quality and dependability. In fact, I'm almost hesitant to write a review so he doesn't get 'discovered'! By quality, I mean he clearly knows a lot about trees, grass, shrubs and plants; how to plant, grow and maintain. He takes a very practical, no non-sense approach to this. When he and/or his team is done with a yard (whether our rentals or our home) it always looks in great shape -a perfectionist's approach. When I've asked him to do particular work, there's never a second ask or follow up; he gets it done and in the process adds a lot of value by either his own suggestions or doing extras. He trains his people to do the same level of quality he does and inspects it himself if he's not the one doing the work. On dependability, he's never missed a day or job. He works like clockwork! This was done very well and professionally with no damage to my fence which is right below the trees. They also leveled my sloping yard beyond my expectations. The problem was the amount of time it took to complete the work. Virtually all summer. I felt like they were always looking for the next job and mine was being done between other more "important" new clients. They never completely finished what was to be done and the following spring I hired them to do a smaller job that also was not finished. During this time they damaged a retaining wall that fell into my neighbors fence and caused my river rock to flood on to their new cement. This cost me a considerable amount to repair. I never saw them again but they sent a bill for work that wasn't performed. I was very naive about their niceness.
