Diamond Polishing Systems

Diamond Polishing really ruined our floor. They applied a urethane sealant that they told us would be clear. Unfortunately, it discolored and has turned our black concrete to a grey/white patchy mess. Then it started to delaminate. When we called them out to investigate, they didn't really have any idea what had happened and didn't have a solution. They didn't appear to have the necessary experience to do this right. We've lived with the disappointing outcome for several years and are dreading having to orchestrate a costly repair.

The work was performed very professionally and in accordance with the agreed upon work schedule. There were a few deviations that occurred since the original bid I had received - increased square footage since I added several baths and the kitchen, and a few minor interior issues / complications. I thought that the adjusted price accounting for these concerns was very reasonable. I was impressed with degree to which they went to address some of the more labor intensive areas - some areas required the use of smaller sanders / polishers where the large machines could not fit. Coordination and communication with the contractor and employees from start to finish was very good.

Diamond Polishing was able to fit into our work scheduling needs, worked around our interior construction and performed their work on time just as they said they would. Customers are dazzled by the floor that Diamond Polishing provided us. The end result is that we were provided a highly durable and attractive floor solution at a cost less other flooring solutions.

A room in my basement had carpet, and I wanted to lay a floor that wouldn't be damaged by my dogs. Wood was out of the question, as the ceiling was wood. I looked at many flooring options incl. going to the foundation, and polishing the concrete. Dales bid for concrete polishing came in under other estimates I got. The room is small enough that he gave me the minimum charge. It was lower than than the other minimum charge quoted by another concrete polisihng company. He was able to schedule the work within a week, which was a need for me. Dale and his team were prompt and professional. They answered all my questions, and stayed late to finish the job in one day, without imapcting the original quote. They filled the floor tack divots and spider cracks. The floor looks fantastic! I wish I had a need to do it more rooms, it turned out so great. I am thrilled with the outcome, the quality, and the customer service. I would highly recommend Dale and Diamond Polishing Systems.
