CREATIVE COMPUTER SALES

I have used Creative Computers several times although I don't recall specific dates or costs. I've been very satisfied. They are a small operation and the store is not particularly inspiring but the employees are very knowledgable. Several years ago they worked on an old computer - did some updates and it lasted another 5 years which is pretty extraordinary in Microsoft/PC terms. Most recently they helped us dispose of old computer equipment by wiping the hard disks for us and keeping a couple of internal components. The employee spent about 30 minutes doing all this and it cost us nothing.

We were having issues with one of our business PCs and a laptop and looked on Angie's List for a service close to our business and reputable. We had immediate response to our phone call - brought the computers in the next day (a Saturday) and left them. Received a call about an hour or so later w/assessment. They had the part on another computer that they had to use for parts and sold it to us as a used part for a very reasonable cost. They explained the current issues w/the PC and that it may very well not last much longer- something we expected. However, the reasonable fix to keep it running a bit longer was a great relief! The laptop was dead but they were able to recover all of the files from the dead HD. We were so thankful for their assistance and expertise. As a comparison...the two young gentlemen did not treat us like we were the and quot;ignorant computer public and quot; as happens in big box stores with their staff of 12 year old manager know-it-alls that we have forgotten more than they know. We also discussed purchase of new PC and/or laptops when we are ready to replace a few that we currently have. Excellent service...excellent knowledge...excellent company. We will definitely be back for repairs and eventual purchase. Kudos to small business owners who treat their customers with respect!

I have used them on prior occasions with great results. Yesterday, saturday, I stopped in with a inoperative pc under arm. I was quickly greeted by a friendly tech who asked what he could help me with. I advised him that my power had gone out and when it returned the pc would not boot. I told him that I had tried several things and thought it may be the power supply. He immediately took the pc to his work bench tested it and confirmed a bad power supply, offered to install a new one and I was on my way with a working pc within 15 minutes. How could anyone expect any better customer service?

Our business desktop computer crashed. After trying to get help from dell I called creative computers. Took my computer in on Monday they hooked it up while I waited and did some quick diagnostics on it. From the tests they said it could be one or two things. They explained what each would involve and the pricing. They said they would keep the computer and call me by the end of the day. They called couple hrs later and said a new hard drive was needed, data looked like it was safe and could be transferred. By Wednesday I had my computer back and they even went ahead and installed security software at no charge. A very bad scary experience ended up being very pleasant. I would highly recommend creative computers.

I was quite shaken when I called around computer stores. This one was very reassuring that there would be hope in recovering my files. I was extremely anxious to see if they could recover my computer and they did. I was very pleased and had most of my files back and a working computer within a couple days.

THE COMPANY WORKED EXCEPTIONALLY LONG ON THE RECOVERY OF MY IMPORTANT FILES AND DATA. IN FACT, I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION OF PAYING FOR AN EXTRA COUPLE HOURS OF RECOVERY TIME DUE TO THE FACT THAT THERE WERE SO MANY FILES ON MY COMPUTER THAT NEEDED TO BE SAVED BEFORE THE COMPUTER WAS REFORMATTED FROM SCRATCH. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND SUPPORTIVE AND I HAD A WORKING COMPUTER WITHIN 36 HOURS.
