CM GUTTER SERVICE

If someone wants a quick gutter cleaning job at a very attractive price and doesn't require a lot of explanations and communication about the process, CM gutters is an OK choice. Overall I grade them a B because they did do the job asked for at a good price although there was no discussion of alternatives once they decided my gutters were too narrow to actually clean them out with a hose and small hand shovel or other tool. I have had other gutter cleaning people use a hose and water and small tools before. I wanted the job done so there was no argument from me at the time, as it was a cold and windy and wet day and close to wintertime and it is sometimes difficult to get people to come out and do work in a timely manner. They used a blower and then cleaned up with a hose and water. They also measured for new gutters but never got back to me with an estimate. They didn't have the time to explain too much about different types of gutters, just pointed to my neighbor and said that is all they offer. I'm sure they were very busy and had other jobs to get to that day, to be fair. So...they are OK if you don't expect a lot of professional explanations and just want a gutter cleaning done at an attractive price, but I will look elsewhere next time for the particular reasons stated..

Chris did an estimate & within 1-2 weeks finished the work. We were 100% pleased. He fixed a problem area that had turned into a "waterfall" in front of the house.

He does great work, gets our gutters nice and clean. He works fast, does a great job, charges a reasonable amount of money, and is a really nice guy. So nice to have someone to climb up there and do it.
