Boush was recommended to me because they were affordable and careful with your things. As it turns out that wasn't the case. To move my home locally it was $13.5k only after haggling on the price. Admittedly I had a large home, but this came in significantly higher compared to other bids I received. I went with Boush because they promised to take care of my things and make it really easy. It turned out to be not worth the price as the quality of the packing was inconsistent. A couple examples: I found a desk drawer loose in a box that was completely broken and a snowboard, that I packed myself, had a bunch of loose yard tools they added to the box (damaging my equipment), several furniture items had dents and scratches. Hidden fees: - They charge 4% to pay by credit card! What modern business does this? - They charge to drive from their business to your house! Many moving companies for local moves don't actually do this. It's akin to charging for commuting to work. - You will pay for the time it takes to drive to your house, from your house to the new house, AND from the new house back to their shop! Why should I pay for them to drive their trucks home for a local move? In general, it seems the company operates under archaic guidelines, and while they say they are going to take care of you they aren't really doing anything special. I would have rather paid less and dealt with a few things breaking than pay the premium in order to still have my stuff damaged and a bad customer experience. I do want to say that it seems management is mostly the problem. The people who are doing the hard work of packing and moving really do work hard, but they aren't the ones being paid all this cash or over promising on quality.

The Boush moving truck arrived at my new home followed by a fire truck. The truck had engine problems en route to my new home destination and was spewing smoke. Many of my items had soot on them when their were removed from the truck. The drivers explained that the truck floor had cracks in it that allowed the soot to reach my belongings on the truck. The moving company did not contact me to discuss this situation, I had to make contact with them. This company is using equipment that is in poor repair.

Work actually came in under their estimate which was better than another estimate from another firm. Both the estimator as well as the crew that did the heavy lifting were professional and easy to work with. At the end of the project, everything was back in it's place with no damage.

Because of a quick sale of our home, during the holiday season the Boush staff worked with us to get our things packed and moved. They did a great job. Outstanding customer service. They were on time, professional yet very friendly.

They were very professional. They moved our whole house before, furniture and everything. When we found out they were willing to come out and just move the piano, that was perfect.

Showed up on time, got right to work, professional crew, worked steady with minimal breaks, no damage, polite..... recommend them highly

From connecting with the office staff to the move itself working with Boush was worry free. I self packed my boxes and moving day was stress free when Carl the business owner and assistant Jack arrived 15 minutes early and went right to work. Their professionalism and experience put me at ease handling the heavier furniture. I was anxious about moving 2 large plasma tv's. Carl experienced with them built a special area in the truck with pads paying close attention to how fragile they are. The furniture was delivered undamaged and in about 6 hours from pickup on a 45 mile local move. In a time of moving horror stories, Boush delivered as promised.

They were fantastic. It was snowing that morning two inches on the ground and I thought they were not going to show up. They showed up 30 minutes early. They said that they didn't want me to worry. It was not a big deal and not a problem at all. They came right in and surveyed everything. They decided how they were going to do it. They then did it. There was not one mark on the wall and not one mark on the furniture. I would tell everybody about them. They are wonderful. They were pretty reasonable for us. I had a 10% discount because I am a senior citizen, so it was good. They were very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Movers arrived on time and dressed professionally. They were considerate and respectful of my home and the furnishings at all times. Cheerful attitude and brought to my attention details I would have probably overlooked, saving both time and money. They had not planned on helping me organize the items for storage but did so patiently. Moving can be stressful yet their attitudes helped relieve this stress. I have used this same company two previous moves. One twenty years ago to California and back in one year and then into this house 12 years ago. Different movers but same ownership and they still provide a consistent service. Carl, the owner,provided a clear and accurate estimate and called me from out of town inquiring about the move on the day after.I will be calling on them when we relocate from this present rental.

They were great! One of the owners came out and looked over what we had to move, they made the arrangements, sent in a great packing team and did an excellent job. Couldn't have been better. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Boush Moving and Storage was very good. They were great. They put everything away and they were very careful. They were on time. They were polite, nice young men. I called them to move a pool table for me and they suggested people that actually do that type of work. That was very nice of them. I would use them again in the future.

We called Boush Moving on short notice and requested that their crew be at our house on Monday at 7AM to move furniture and boxes to the garage so that we could do some remodeling of our parents home, as the painters were going to be there at 9AM. They were very accommodating and agreed to be there on Monday sharp at 7 AM. Well because we ended up spending our weekend in the ER and intensive care we were not able to box anything up nor have anything ready for moving as planned. Their movers were there early and were ready to go. I explained to them our predicament and that my mother was in intensive care still. Their guys were sympathetic to our situation and they just took over from there. They knew exactly what to do and just did it with professionalism. They made sure that the furniture was protected well, they helped us pack up boxes rather quickly, and they were very pleasant to deal with. They had all the right equipment to move with and they even had extra packing supplies for us. I feel that they went above and beyond what we could have expected and I highly recommend them.

They were very friendly and efficient and super helpful during our move. They were great and prompt for the appointment.

They were reasonable, careful, patient, conscienous, and accomdating. They were polite and I felt comfortable around them. They made the move easy. They were there when they were suppose to be. I would reccomend them.

The original movers I had lined up could not do the job, as the stove was too large and too heavy. I was in a pinch because the stove company had scheduled my stove and was waiting for it. I called several companies for estimates -- most of them didn't think they could do the job or were ridiculously expensive. Boush Moving was able to schedule my job when I needed them at a reasonable price. They were very professional, handled my precious stove with care, and got it to Homestead Stoves in Centralia without a hitch. The stove man said they did a great job on his end as well. J. K. Boush (the great grandson of the founder of the company) came out himself to get my stove. He and his driver were wonderful to work with. Thank you! It was nice to deal with folks who were friendly AND who knew what they were doing!

They were outstanding. The owner of the company came out and made an estimate, looked around and asked what I wanted to take and he gave an estimate. The estimate he offered was a way off but he honored and agreed to stay with 10% discount and I got a screening deal from the move. There was lot of stuff than either he or I realized but they didn't charge me an overage. They were on time and were very careful with my things and there was no damage. Everything got moved, everything was put precisely the way I had asked them to put. The team was very friendly and efficient. It was a dream experience.

Overall good, but... and it is a big but... the 'chief' guy was very pushy and flirtacious... I intended to give a tip, but when I gave him 150, he leaned into me across the table and kept saying 'well if YOU are happy' and I felt unsafe and so kept giving him more until all my cash was gone, and a total of 190 tip, which was ridiculous but I needed him to leave. Note that I had already given him a wine cooler which had several bottles of beer and cider in it.

Great. Very professional. We packed some items, they packed kitchen, flat screen TV, etc. Moved baby grand piano and Hammond organ. Everything went well.

These guys did a great job. The move itself was a bit of a nightmare, but not due to the movers. They loaded up my goods within 2-2.5 hours and unloaded it in approx the same amount of time. They also provided me with free 'used' boxes (they used them in previous moves and all I needed to do was go pick them up from their office), which saved me lots of money as well. Most importantly (although cost was important), these guys went out of their way to accommodate me when I ran into a 'snag' in moving in to my new home. I scheduled things a bit too tight in terms of the closing on my home and moving in, and the old owners weren't out yet when I was supposed to be moving in. Boush did their best to allow me as much time to get the old owners out, which entailed tying up their truck for a few extra hours. This may not seem like a big deal, but we moved over Labor Day weekend, which is one of the busiest weekends for them, and I was tying up their source of revenue.

They were very happy to do the smaller job, and gave us a very reasonable price. They called ahead, showed up on time, got the job done quickly, and were very personable and hard workers. They were also very careful not to damage anything.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY REPUTABLE. THEY HAD INTEGRITY. THERE WAS A GAP BETWEEN WHEN I SOLD MY HOUSE, AND BOUGHT THE NEW ONE, THEY STORED MY THINGS AT THEIR FACILITY. THE WORKERS THEY HAD, I THOUGHT, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I ENJOYED WORKING WITH THEM AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE MOVERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT, POLITE, COURTEOUS AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE FINEST MOVING COMPANY IN THE AREA. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO THE PRINCE OF ENGLAND.
