Bob remove tree from my house with no additional damage, cleanup good. Excellent work.

His work was amazing, felling the trees, especially the one in the backyard, in a very narrow area without damaging any of the other trees or shrubs. The cleanup and chipping of the leftovers went quickly and smoothly and our lawn and property were left in as pristine a condition as could be considering the sheer size of the trees. He has my business in the future...wouldn't think of using anyone else. Thanks Bob!!

I called him and he returned my call immediately. The next day, he came out to see the yard and give me an estimate. I was asking for excavation to clear a large area of blackberries and brush to haul away, cut down trees and have cut into firewood. I was surprised the quote was less than what I expected for this job. Bob not only gave me a fair price, but a discount being on Angie's list. Three day's later Bob and Mike came to my home and within seven hours it was better than what I had imagined, everything cleaned up and I was a very happy customer. Seven alder trees were cut down, which three of them were in between two sheds and leaning over my neighbors wooden fence. Bob cut them down without touching either in the wind and pouring rain (I know it's nothing to him, but I was impressed). The excavation was fun to watch and quickly I had a new backyard, better than what I had expected. Thank you so much Bob and Mike you were both awesome and my yard, well the neighbors said it best, WOW!!

Bob and Mark came to our house early in the morning as promised. They came fully prepared with a huge wood chipper, chain saws and tools for climbing and trimming big trees. They worked hard all day and cleaned the yard as they worked. If debris went over the fence to a neighbors yard, they went and picked it up. They were very professional and efficient with their time and showed great skill with correct pruning techniques; made by ragged old spruce look like a million bucks. The young men finished earlier than I had expected. I hadn't expected them to get everything done in one day, but they did, and I'm sooo grateful. Once they finished they cleaned up with a blower and rakes and left my yard in good shape. I would recommend Bob's Property Solutions to my best friend. Now I'm ready for Spring. Good job guys! They did a great job - beyond my expectations! They even removed trees and brush from in and near water. I had been putting off these projects, fearing the cost and whether or not anyone would even attempt them. Bob was enthusiastic, listened well and even walked around the property with me afterwards to ensure I was happy with the work. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Bob was awesome. He was responsive and extremely punctual. We coordinated our appointment on a Saturday morning to go over the work that needed to be done and he was out there at 8:00 AM the following Wednesday. The worked until sundown to ensure that the job was done. His bid was fair and he was great at explaining what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I feel that he went above and beyond my expectation by removing several large dead trees that have been a problem for several years now. The job site was spotless when they left. I will be using them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

He told me exactly what he was going to do and he completed everything. This was a very large tree close to my house so I was very nervous having it cut down and he put me at ease. Not a scratch on the house. He did a great job. On time. Courteous. Professional. I would recommend him without reservation.

I needed (4) small trees removed, and (10) others pruned up. Also, I needed a large hemlock dead branched. His quote for this work was over $7,000.00. I felt it would be a full (8) hours work. Who makes nearly $1,000 an hour? I didn't ask for Gates to trim my trees!!! I got a quote from Canzlers for the same exact work; $1,000. I'm sure Bob does good work, but, are you kidding me? 7X the price? According to Angies list, Canzlers also does good work. Why the 7X quote? Everyone I've talked to about it thought it was a ridiculously high quote. Obviously, I'm going with Canzlers.....Sorry Bob!!!!!

Bob was great to work with. From the first contact he was courteous and professional. He was able to come out for the estimate on the same day we contacted him and the job was schedule for two days later. He showed up at the time he promised, did the job above and beyond my expectations, and left the job site looking perfect. I will not hesitate to contact him with any future needs.

Bob came out and cleared our yard of years of accumulated garden disasters. Our desire was for a nice lawn and some flower beds. There was so much buried junk that just digging a small hole was pretty much impossible. What Bob removed was like a giant lasagna of mulch, gravel, soil and weeds, layered between various types of weedblock fabric. The area was tight, as it has a good size pond in the middle, a covered patio, and some specimen maples that we wanted to keep. He dug out a good size stand of bamboo that was trying to take over the yard (and winning). He also demolished a concrete flower bed and path that was unsightly and hazardous. He arranged for people to come and remove all the debris (6 dump truck loads) and made short work of getting the area cleared for us. We arranged to have topsoil delivered and he graded that out. He cut some concrete for us, to repair another path. He did all this in one day! Bob is very professional and efficient. He worked very hard for us. He is highly skilled and does precision work. I believe he could plant tulip bulbs with his excavator, he is that precise!. His price was more than fair for all he did for us and he was absolutely worth every penny!!! I highly recommend him and I would certainly hire him again!

Bob was able to do an extremely fast turn around on the project. He did exactly what he said he would do and did it for an extremely fair price. Bob and Doug showed up and went right to work, no messing around or small talk. I've got more work to do around my property and Bob will be my go-to guy for it. Great find off of Angie's List.

I had no complaints. It sounded from the adverting that he knew more about actual tree trimming but he was about tree removal. So when I was asking him questions about trimming fruit trees but he really did not seem to know much. I found something for him to do and I probably got my money’s worth. He was very honest about what he could and what he could not do. I can’t say anything negative about his politeness or responsiveness. Had I known in advance that he was more about tree removal and not tree trimming I may not have purchased his service. I probably would not purchase from him because that was not what I wanted. He was very prompt, efficient and did what I asked.

It turned out good. The owner was very sincere and very honest. There was nothing that I disliked about them. I overpaid him because he forgot to take out the Big Deal. So, he came back and said that he owed me money. It was still expensive in my opinion but it was what it was. The guy was super nice and I really liked him. He was very personable. Very few people that I have hired looked me in the eye. He looked me in the eye and talked towards me. He did not disrespect me and he listened to me. He understood everything I said. That does not happen here very often.

Bob showed up on time, assessed the situation and explained how tricky felling the tree would be. He quickly found a solution to avoid damaging other scrubs, hand rails, and other obstacles. He and one other person dropped the tree in a safe path and even took the time to cut the tree up into rounds. Bob did everything he said he would do and more. I have other tree work and have already hired him to do more. Bottom line is I would recommend him to others and I am definitely going to use him again.

They came after a week. We added some more work. It was large landscaping. They were very good at what they did. They are not very good at communication but they are knowledgeable at their work.
