Great work but spendy

They are really so very helpful with all of our needs with our new system that we had put in two years ago. Theyâ ve even called to help walk me through changing the Chlorinated water filter. Love, love, love, Blue line!!

Since it was a holiday weekend, the gentleman went over the issue with my nephew on the phone and he was able to to install the new part and get everything working again.

We were so fortunate to have Chris at Blue Line Water anfd his crew help us when our well equipment failed and we had no water.....He is extremely knowledgeable, took time to explain the problem and them promptly repaired our well... Super fast response. Chris quickly identified the issue (which wasn't the pump) but a water leak elsewhere and gave recommendations on how to proceed with the next step.

I was in an emergency situation and they came right away since they happened to be in the area. Quick responses, they educate the home owner, they give options to fit your budget, and work quickly. Very professional and kind. They knew I was stressed out and they helped me get a solution that very day. I wish I would have called them sooner so my other issues did not happen as a result. Two thumbs up, five stars, 10/10, raise the roof, jazz hands all the way!!

Chris, the owner, responded within an hour to my emergency with a burned out control box for my well. Fixed and ready to go in another hour as well as a check of my pump, pressure tank and replacement of an old pressure valve. All very fair cost considering the short call out time. I would definitely call him again without hesitation. Should have called a lot sooner rather than rely on another general electrician. Well issues are definitely their own special category. Also consulted on water treatment possibilities.

Before Chris even had my business, he spent almost 2 hours on the phone with me talking about the different options that would work best for my well. After we decided on a solution, a few days later he called back to change the plan in order to save me money. By purchasing a specific combo, he was able to get a better deal from the supplier. Instead of pocketing that money, he passed it down to me so my final invoice was less. I received multiple bids for my pump and controller install and Blue Line was very competitive but I didn't choose them for the price. They have great service! As a note, I have not used the pump as I do not yet have power on site. I will need Blue Line to come back out to finalize the install. But I have full confidence I won't have any issues with my new 30gpm well pump.
