So it turns out mom's a hoarder. Who knew? She had filled almost every room of a 3,000 sf house to at least knee-deep with trash to the point where you could only get through on game trails. It seriously looked like a homeless encampment, but in a house. There was also a large dog that had free reign of the premises and didn't go outside. You get the picture. I called Scott to assess the situation. He went through the house and took videos of every room. After that, he talked to mom, my sister, and me to determine what we wanted. This was not easy as mom is not the most lucid person in Tacoma. Scott worked up an estimate. I accepted it and he and his crew got to work. There were some slow times, but only due to mom's interference. Outside of that, Scott performed very well. He was flexible about time and accommodated mom's occasional tirades better than my sister or I did. Scott was patient and professional beyond expectations, given the situation. I recommend him highly, and would definitely hire him again.

He came out with a crew an hour after I called and started the process of cleaning it up. There was blood throughout the house (in 5 different rooms) including outside on the exterior of the house. There was 2 broken windows including a broken door. Scott and his crew cleaned up all the blood inside of the house that night and returned the next day to finish the outside of the house. Scott and his crew finished the job the following day after a full 8 hours of work. He helped me wrap up the broken windows as well. Scott was very professional and caring. This was a very traumatic experience for me and my roommates and he was very kind to work with. He was very prompt and had great communication skills and I knew when he was coming out and finshing up the job. I'd hire him again if I needed anything professionally cleaned again.
