 + -1 moreWE WERE PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL PROGRESS FROM THE TIME OF DIAGNOSIS UNTIL IT WAS FIXED. WE HAD TO TAKE A MOTOR PART DOWN TO THEIR BUSINESS, BUT THAT WAS OKAY. BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION OF THE LEAK, A BOARD ON THE DECK NEEDED TO BE PULLED UP, WHICH IS STILL NOT PUT BACK INTO PLACE, BUT THAT WAS BECAUSE WE HAD REMOVED IT AND NOT THE COMPANY. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE TIMELY AND THE COST WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHERS. WE HAVE USE THEM THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. EACH TIME HAS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY.
Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAK IN THE PIPING OF OUR HOT TUB. IT ALSO WASN'T HEATING PROPERLY. THEY CAME OUT AND DETERMINED WHERE THE LEAK WAS, AND WHY THE MOTOR WASN'T HEATING UP THE WATER PROPERLY. THEY FIXED THE MOTOR PROBLEM AND HAD US CONTACT THEIR REPRESENTATIVE TO COME OUT AND FIX THE LEAK FOR US.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE HAD VARIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE MAINTENANCE CALLS AND BARTH'S WAS VERY RESPONSIVE IN GETTING US SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP. WE USE THEIR CHEMICAL SYSTEM FOR THE WATER WHICH IS THE BEST WE HAVE USED. WE HAVE HAD OUR HOT TUB AND POOL FOR 10 YEARS.
Description of Work: THE SPA AND POOL SUPPLY HAS CHEMICALS, PARTS, POOLS, TOYS AND VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR POOL OR SPA.
