He is my regular landscaper. He comes every two weeks. I'm on a contract. I am on a monthly service contract, it's all year, and I pay $187.00 every month. That encompasses the leaves, tracking that out, taking care of the whole landscape all year long. Obviously he has a lot of work to do in the fall, because I have a lot of trees in my back yard. So, it just and even amount every month. I think Denis is very easy to do business with. He very much wants to please his customer. We've talked about different things to do in my back yard. For instance, I had a couple of areas where I have a french drain, but there doesn't seem to be enough depth of soil. So the lawn there every year, or every other year, I was having to replace the lawn because it dried out so much on one side. On the other side it was the opposite problem. I have so much shading from these huge trees, that it stayed wet very much. So what we did is replace the lawn with some pea gravel. He helped me design that. He comes up with some helpful suggestions. Every time I have a little issue like hey you know Denis, your guys haven't been paying much attention to the weeds in a certain area. He himself will come out and make sure that it gets done appropriately. So he is very attentive. I have been very happy with Denis. He returns my phone calls promptly, he will call me if he has some questions. If he seen something and he wants to bring it to my attention. I do think he is very responsive and punctual. I am not looking to change.
