Description of Work: Stump Grinding

Description of Work: I've just received my estimate ( unbelievably, same day as contact) and am excited to close on this property and have Back Home remove and prune trees.

Description of Work: Removed 5 trees (birch and maple) that had been compromised over the years from ice and snow. Stump grinding and debris removal.

Description of Work: Removed one mature tree and ground 5 stumps.

Description of Work: Removal of apx 20-25 both Large and small trees

Description of Work: Company contracted to remove 23 Alder and Cottonwood. Were originally going to remove stumps also but the lay of the property prohibted there equipement from getting up the hillside

Description of Work: I do not have enough good to say about Charles, his wife and the two other tree experts that came and worked in the worst weather and kept a positive and friendly attitude..never stopping until it was dark. I have several very large/tall Fir trees in my yard that have become problematic regarding my roof and roots pulling up the foundation of my back porch area, falling limb damage to fences, power lines,etc. They are beautiful trees and about 100 years old..very large and one very very close to the house itself which made it a difficult job in itself. But Charles along with his wife were so optimisitc, knowledgable, and confident..easy to talk to which was not the experince I had with the other 5 companies I got estimates from. Backhome took two trees down, windsailed several others, took down two small but tall fir trees, and also but a cobra type chain around a double tree about 80 feet up which gives me so much comfort knowing it will be safe in those wind storms. THe two men that Charles brought with him were SO efficient, considerate, polite,extremely hard working and not wanting to leave until the job was done and each day managed to find extra things to do to make things better. When they were finished my yard looked like I had a professional yard cleaning service! THey were two strong, ALL American men who have a true honest work ethic..I feel very fortunate to have had them do this work for me, and trust them completely. When I can afford it I will absolutely ask them to come and take down a couple more trees, and will surely have them back to windsail my trees again when they need it. , Charles is a humble, honest, hardworking, flexible, extremely knowledgable Arborist and professional.

Description of Work: The large douglas fir trees removed, one close to the house that's large branches fell close to and against the house during winter storm, one next to that one which was dead, and another further away that had some insect damage. Smaller branching fir that split from larger trunk during winter's storm was arching over neighbors fence was removed, without any damage to fence or close sheds. Birch that was arching after winter's storm over other neighbors fence was also removed. Ivy climbing other firs was removed from ground up about 15 feet.
