Fantastic work drywalling a round house! Very challenging task and Jose and his team killed it. On time, polite, excellent customer service, reasonable pricing. Will use again!!!

All of the workers were polite and very respectful of the property. They didn't leave the gates open. (That's a big thing with me) They did a fantastic job and they cleaned up after themselves. Jose was so patient and just a great listener. I will definitely hire them again in the future. They were so fast it was incredible. The deck is just what we wanted.

I hired i5 Exteriors for a complete deck demo and rebuild, and they ended up contracting out to Almaraz Construction. I was impressed each morning when the crew was there early and ready to start working, and some days they even stayed into the evening. Jose, the owner, was great with communicating to me about timeline and progress. The deck was complete within a week, which was quicker than i5 had originally estimated. When I noticed a few things I wanted changed/fixed, I texted Jose and he was there first thing the next Monday morning to make sure I was happy with every finishing touch. Him and his team were all very friendly and I felt comfortable having them at my home and trusting them with such an expensive project. They even made sure every last nail/screw they could find from the demo was cleaned up so that our yard was safe for our dogs. We are very happy to have a brand new deck right in time to enjoy the summer!
