They have replaced gutters on our home last Spring, and most recently, on our rental home and barn on a rental property. They are professional, meticulous, and overall, do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

We contacted Advance Custom Gutters to get a bid for replacement of our gutters. Chad responded quickly, assessed the situation, and came up with a very competitive bid. However, due to economics, we ultimately decided to have only a small fraction of the work done. When contacted, Chad graciously accepted our decision to back off from most of the work, and scheduled the job to be done within two days. The work crew showed up promptly on time and completed the job with expertise, efficiency, respect, and courtesy. They even carefully removed plants that were in the way of some trenching and left the job site spotless. We will definitely call on Advance Custom Gutters for future work.

They did just fine. They were fast and efficient. It was good when they completed the job and I was happy with it.

We recently referred a friend who had them install gutters and he told us he was very pleased. Their gutters are larger than the typical which is very nice when we have downpours.

It was great. The showed up when they said they would and the people were all professional. It was a good experience. The cost was perfectly reasonable. The cleanup was utterly complete and they left nothing behind.

Needed to move a downspout and encourage water to head towards another. Advance Custom Gutters was the only one who took the time to write an actual estimate. Another company was cheaper but provided information by phone only and did not sound professional. Advance scheduled our service within a reasonable amount of time. think it was a week and a half or so. I did not like the location of the newly installed downspout and was not home during installation. I called Chad and he was kind and professional about the entire process. Guys came back out several days later and made the change we desired. The gutters and downspouts look great. I am glad I used this company. They did a great job.

I contacted the company regarding my concerns that the gutters on a house I recently purchased had two low areas that did not drain to the downspouts. Also, there were screens in the downspout inlets that were easily plugged by debris which caused the gutters to overflow. I wondered if the screens were necessary. I wondered if the overflowing water might be going over the back of the gutter and wetting the fascia and possibly the plywood under the shingles. Chad said he would be glad to look at it and set a time to meet. We met and Chad suggested the debris issue be addressed by installing screens in the downspout near ground level to make cleaning easier, or installing larger gutters and downspouts so the debris could more easily clear out of the gutters, or maybe installing some sort of leaf guard to keep leaves out of the gutters. My idea of just removing the screens elicited a comment that the drain pipes might clog and have to be dug up. Regarding the main reason for his being there, to give me an estimate to straighten the gutters so they drain to the downspouts, Chad suggested I get someone else because his minimum charge is$400. It was made clear in the initial contact that there were two areas that didn't drain and I wanted them fixed. I had other concerns but wanted the gutters to drain. Most of his talk while at the site was about replacing gutters or screens but not regrading the gutters so they drain. At the end when he told me I should find someone else to fix the gutters because his minimum charge was $400, it became more clear that he was interested in something bigger than just fixing the gutters so they drain. I felt we both wasted our time. I felt he should have been prepared to recommend someone if he didn't want to do the job. After all, he is in the business. I am not. Instead he suggested I go through State business registration records and find a contractor who is licensed and insured who could do the work. I am not sure what industry designation gutter cleaners are listed under but I think that is who he was suggesting I contact for adjusting the grade of the gutters.

OUR GUTTERS WERE ORIGINALLY INSTALLED WITH THE CORRECT SLOPE/PITCH. WE CALLED ADVANCE CUSTOM GUTTERS AND THEY CAME OUT WITH A QUOTE THAT DAY. NOT ONLY DID THEY RESLOPE THE GUTTERS, BUT ONE GUTTER MAKES A LOT OF NOISE BY OUR BEDROOM WINDOW, SO THEY INSTALLED A CHAIN DOWN IT TO MINIMIZE THE NOISE. IT WORKED.
