 + -1 moreIT WAS A VERY DIFFICULT TASK DUE TO THE CITY CODE AND REGULATIONS BUT WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND WARRANTED ALL THE WORK DONE ON THE PREMISE'S.
Description of Work: THIS WAS PRICED AS A PACKAGE FOR BUILDING A NEW OFFICE BUILDING. THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND WORKED WITH THE REQUEST OF CITY CODES.

 + -1 moreWORK WAS OKAY BUT WAS DONE VERY SLOWLY AND NOT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AGREED ON CONTRACT. ON CONTRACT I REQUESTED HIM TO PUT IN A FIBER GLASS DOOR INSTEAD OF WOOD DOOR WHICH SWELLS UP DURING RAINY SEASONS AND A WOOD DOOR WAS INSTALLED INSTEAD. CURRENTLY WE HAVE PROBLEMS CLOSING AND OPENING THE DOOR!
Description of Work: GENERAL CONTRACT ON SUNROOM. FINISHED TILE WORK OF STAIRS AND FLOORING. PAINTED ALL WALLS, TRIM, AND DOORS. INSTALLED NEW DOOR. PUT IN NEW DOOR FOR ACCESS TO CRAWL SPACE.

 + -1 moreTHE CONCRETE WORK WAS BEAUTIFULLY DONE BUT WAS NOT COMPLETED AND WAITING FOR HIM TO RETURN TO FINISH. THIS WORK WAS DONE LAST YEAR AND RAIN SEASON CAME ON AND WASN'T ABLE TO FINISH. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE TO MAKE TIME TO FINISH THE WORK!
Description of Work: CONCRETE WAS PUT IN NEXT TO THE SUNROOM ALONG WHERE THE WALK WAY IS TO ACCESS THE BACK YARD.
