Seems we had to deal with 2-3 different people . the job was not finished properly . We still don't know what was done about the mold and insulation under the house .They are slow to respond to questions .

We have been remodeling our home over the last two years and had multiple contractors in and out of our home, so we have some experience in dealing with contractors and their peculiarities. Due to an unfortunate fitting leak in our upstairs shower, we suffered significant water damage. Our insurance company recommended 24Restech for repairs. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work, communication we received, daily work area clean up, and respect for our property. Given our recent experience with other contractors last several years, 24Restech was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend Kevin, our Project Manager, and the tradespeople they employ to perform their work. Thank you for giving us our home back!

After our tragic fire, selecting 24ResTech to restore our home was the only bright spot--they did an amazing job from start to finish! Their teams communication was exceptional and they took all the pressure off of us. Michael coordinated all of the activities and the process was seamless. The team responsible for pack-out took photos of all of our belongings and organized them for cleaning and storage. Great crews were assigned for every aspect of the work, resulting in high-quality workmanship. Our restoration project was turn-key and everyone was wonderful! I highly recommend 24ResTech to anyone!

They responded promptly to my issue. Returned dependably as needed until the work was complete. Everyone was pleasant, competent and professional from the water mitigation and dry out to the repair and replace.

My sewer backed up into my house. 24 ResTech was at my house within a couple hours of calling them, when other companies were telling me a day or two. Ryan was helpful throughout the process and the team that cleaned up the mess was top notch! Everything was cleaned to a high standard and they treated my house and belongings with great care! From start to finish, they have been a great company to deal with! Would use them again and would highly recommend them!!

Ryan and his staff were great to work with and very responsive. They made working through our water damage issue bearable and I was amazed that they answered the phone every time I called. Which was a lot. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that has a water damage disaster on their hands.
