+ -1 moreI have rented from Helene's for 6 years. They have gone thru a few different maintenance people in that time, which is not surprising for a college town. Jaime is the current person who holds that position. I have had nothing but great customer/tenant service from her. She is quick to respond and resolve any complaints regarding minor repairs, landscape/snow removal, noisy dogs/tenants or wonky washer and dryer machines. Recently our laundry room needed cleaned and as soon as she was informed she sent 2 friendly professional cleaners who cleaned it better than it ever had been, plus stopped the washers from 'walking' across the floor on spin cycle! My experience has been Helene's are honest and fair. The other tenants they rent to in my complex are friendly and respectful, which is a direct reflection of Helene's and her staff's integrity. I'm blessed to be renting, and keep renting from, Helene's Property Management.
Description of Work: Over the last 6 years on property that is at least 50 years old, with all that entails; Repair/replacement of washers/dryers, lawn maintenance, snow removal, closet door adjustment, bathroom fan installation, baseboard heater replacement, main hot water heater replacement, water pressure restored, other tenant's noise reduction and dog waste removal compliance, fire extinguisher replacement, screen door repair.

Description of Work: I rented a nice home, in a quiet church neighborhood; for nearly nine years from Helene's Property Place. From the get go, they treated me very well. I even asked Helene if she would lower the rent for me by $50 a month, then I would rent the house, and she said YES! The actual owner's of the home I rented weren't well off, but still all of the maintenance was well taken care of. The staff worked with me through out the years, and were really patient and kind. Helene even made an exception so I could have my cats in my home. So, thanks to Helene's Property Place, my three cats were saved. I have no complaints about the time I spent in their rental house. I would totally give HPP two thumbs up!

+ -1 moreIn my experience, a hot bed of liars, thief's, and cheats. They will steal your deposit (no doubt about it, they will regardless of condition rental is left!)
