She did a walk through explained her services thoroughly. She provided the client work/request sheet. She explained her business is bonded. This woman has an amazing business plan and approaches her work professionally. I've had many off the cuff casual cleaners, but never experienced a cleaner who had such a professional presentation. The weekly worksheet is very specific.
i mentioned that I would love to have the carpets cleaned but did not know of a reputable service. Tanya recommended a service and went so far to coordinate services with that group. Naturally their carpet cleaning service was excellent.
Tanya is detail ordered and obviously very experienced as a housecleaner. What makes her special is that she goes the extra professional mile. Additionally she's a delight to have in the home.

They showed up on time, and did not stop working until the job was done (and there was A LOT) of work that needed to be done .They were nice and friendly and fast, given the situation. They cleaned in places I didn't even know existed, it was a great job done, and when they were finished the house was like brand new again.

Me and my roommate have been using hammel's OCD clean for ten months, having them clean twice a month. They are very professional when dealing with me and they always do an amazing job cleaning. They go above and beyond everything we have asked them to do. Cleaning after two 20 year old duds cant be easy. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have never been upset with the services I've received - well, except once, and Tanya personally came out within 4 hours and and quot;fixed itand quot; for me! We've been satisfied clients ever since!

They did a very good job. They had three people and divided the work into sections. In the end, they did a really good job for the amount of time I hired them for.
