+ 0 moreI would like to see them leave a note of explanation of what they actually did and the name of who did it. They had my permission to come in the house to work on it while I was at work so I never saw, or talked to the service person. A note would have been considerate. I wiil ask for that, next time.

+ -1 moreRick was wonderful! He has been doing this for 30 years and is very fast. He doesn't try to upsell you, but makes sure that the job is done right. He had the job done as soon as we needed him. I was also very impressed with the cost. I have been and will continue to recommend him to my friends and colleagues.
Description of Work: Gormsen helped us with our remodel of two bathrooms in our house. They removed toilets and sinks for floor and counter remodel, and also un-hooked and moved washer and dryer to clear space for new flooring. They then re-installed toilets and sinks with new fittings and tubes, and installed new faucets. They also replaced toilet flappers and seats. In the shower, they replaced a shower valve and installed new shower head, handle and spout.

+ -1 moreThey showed up promptly at the time they stated. The job was completed in a few hours. It required the removal of some ceiling drywall (~1 sq. ft.). No mess was left upon completing the work. Drywall repair required a separate contractor. I would use them again.
