When he didn't deliver by the second anticipated date, I called and left a message, several times over the course of another month. He did not answer the cell phone, nor did he return my calls. I called the shop and spoke with one of the workers. The worker told me there was no cabinet framed, which contradicted what Paul had told me. He said he'd have Paul call me. Paul never called. I happened to be in Prosser (35 miles from my home) on a Saturday and drove by the shop. The door to the shop was open so I went in. I found the worker I had spoken to before. He was shocked that Paul had never returned my call. Then he called Paul from the shop and when Paul answered, he put me on the phone. Paul said he was embarrassed that he hadn't returned my call. He asked if I still wanted him to make the cabinet. I thought 3 months was more than enough time, and didn't want to waste another minute. I asked for my cabinet door back, and took it home with me. I have no idea how good his work is, because I never saw it. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the fact that he lied to me. I would not recommend him to anyone.
