They came multiple time for evaluation and when I was called saying they could preform the repairs within the hour o changed my whole day to accommodate the repair work. An hour after I was called and had the associates call the technician to make sure he could get the job done I was told that another associate check in the evaluation history and they couldn’t make the repairs. After I changed my whole day around because double checking is not enough for this company imagine what els they need to triple check before they brake more things in your house is this representation of the office is how their plumbing is worked on them I need a plumber who checks once gets it right.

Was not told about charges to go get parts. Showed up 2 hours late. The worker was rude and banging into doors because tools were too heavy. Half the labor time was him getting parts. Complained about the bill to the office and was told it was a fair price. Paid over $300 to remove a shower handle really! Expected around $100 to $150.

The work was done professionally and on time at a very reasonable cost, about 40% less than Swift Plumbing. Both jobs were completed for about the same price that Swift quoted for the water pipe and hose bib job. Also, West Sound gave a free estimate where I had to pay $125 for Swift to come to the house, inspect the jobs and provide an estimate. I will surely use West Sound again.

We got Austin's name from our daughter-in-law, who had been very pleased with the work that Austin had done for her. When we contacted Austin, he was very quick to come to our condo and very quick in getting an estimate to us. We had gotten an estimate from another plumber so we knew that Austin's bid was a reasonable one. Once we accepted the bid the work was done quickly and very professionally. While we hope we won't have to, we would certainly use Austin again should the need arise.
