I had a horrible experience with this company. They sent 2 girls out on a Saturday appointment to clean a 1200 sq foot rental townhome for a "move-out" cleaning. Before they started, I reviewed my list of things I wanted cleaned and they said my list was standard. After they left, all sorts of things were not cleaned that they said was standard. Light switches were still dirty, shelving was not dusted, laundry room was completely untouched, baseboards were still dusty which I had requested cleaned along with vents. Sliding glass door was untouched, splatters in kitchen not cleaned on surfaces, dead bugs in the window sills, crumbs still on the floor, etc. Just awful. I spent 2 hours re-cleaning everything myself and then the new tenant wanted more cleaned because it was so obvious. I sent photos to Debbie to report this and asked to sent someone else out to finish this terrible job. All she did was give me a $50 discount. I had to hire another cleaning service to complete the job. Debbie pays her girls $30/hr but they don't even see obvious dirt and have no idea what clean looks like. Professionals are paid this much, not amateurs. If you want a clean home, don't hire this company. Hire professionals. Or you'll have to pay twice, like I did.

They were able to get me on the schedule when I needed them, and I came home to a sparkling clean home! I was super impressed by the attention to detail in every room, they cleaned areas I didn't think they would. Was pleasantly surprised and plan to hire them again.
Description of Work: I have never hired a house cleaning business before, but am in Grad school and needed to get my home cleaned before friends were visiting. I decided on a one-time clean for now, with the option to decide later if I wanted additional cleaning. Also it was somewhat last minute with only a few days notice.

She did an excellent job, was efficient, got things sparkling. Completed a 3,200 SF house that was pretty clean, but not ready to sale, one room still needed a lot of work on the floors etc. She did very well, was friendly and was very easy to arrange the service with. She is the one that does the work, not someone that will jump ship. I will use her again and am recommending to others.

We have had this provider for over two years and wouldn't want to change for anything! Debbie and her team have been outstanding. They arrive as scheduled or let me know if they will be arriving at a different time and they have been flexible and arranged for alternate days when we have been on vacation or when we have visitors. I love coming home after I know they have been here because the house just seems "happy". The cleaning quality is consistently thorough and done to a high standard. Nothing is left undone or done poorly. In fact, when I first hired them, I had been trying to get a water ring stain out of our three toilets for many months. I tried all kinds of cleaners and techniques. They were there when we bought the house and it was new (but on a well). After the first visit by this provider, they were gone and have never returned! And they will even make up the bed(s) with clean sheets if I want. That never happened with my last provider. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service provider.

I contacted Debbie several weeks ago I told her that I needed someone to do a Deep Cleaning before move in. She came out and I showed her the home and described what I expected to be done. I told her that there was dog hair in the dryer from the previous owner, that I wanted all the appliances cleaned, cupboards cleaned inside and out, bathrooms cleaned, basically a top to bottom cleaning. She gave me a price and contacted me by text about the days that were available. I picked the 8th and about a week prior to I sent here and email and stated the following: I have pulled out the refrigerator so you could vacuum behind it just push it back when you are done. This is to be a top to bottom cleaning of the entire house but I wanted to emphasize a few areas: 1. All the kitchen appliances inside and out 2. Window and Slider tracks 3. Garage there is a lot of dog hair. I put a large box out there but it's empty except for some cardboard so it can be moved with ease.4. Wash & Dryer on the sides there is dust bunnies, and the dryer has dog hair.5. Shower enclosure 6. Cupboards, drawers and floors. When I got to the house Debbie had already left. I checked the dryer and there was still dog hair in the dryer. Thermostat covers had dust on the tops Under the microwave there was grease from the range. I contacted Debbie and told her I was not satisfied . She asked that I make a list initially I found 3 items but after looking more closely I found more issues. The oven was not cleaned The refrigerator still had food bits in the cooling bins and the glass had not been taken out and wiped down. The cupboards still had crumbs in them. The drawers also had crumbs, dog hair, and dust in them. The glass shower door had soap scum on it She initially asked if she could come back on Wednesday. I told her no, She then decided to comeback on Monday. When I got the house on Monday at 1130 she had already left. There was still dog hair in the dryer Cupboards were still dirty Refrigerator was still dirty She wrote that she could not clean the shower door Drawers were still dirty I called her and told her i was not happy that I felt she should have come back on Friday. She stated that it was Mothers Day which i was a little confused because Mothers Day wasn't until Sunday. Needless to say, I ended up taking care of the issues myself, including the shower with some CLR. Debbie got 200.00 for work she didn't do plus I'm now 3 days behind schedule on my move. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this person to anyone.

I went out to clean with another house cleaner and we did double check each others work. The house was a smaller one bedroom home and was fairly new. There was not a lot of build up. We spent a total of 3.5 hours cleaning X 2 house cleaners which is 7 hours of cleaning. I was told there was dog hair in the dryer, but did not see anything. The dryer is located in a closet and is very dark. I wiped out the cupboards and cabinets and swept the garage floor as requested. I went over everything that he highlighted plus other things that needed to be cleaned. That afternoon I recieved a phone call from the home owner stating he was disapponted and wanted this to be rectified. I said I could come out on Monday and then quickly realized that I had another house scheduled on Monday and would not be able to clean until Wednesday. Not happy with that response, the home owner said that I was "cutting into his time and that I should come out over the weekend." I let him know that I could not clean over the weekend due to Mothers Day plans and would come back to clean on Monday morning. I also asked him to make a list so that he would be please him when I finished. I then changed my cleaning schedule to accommodate his needs and came out on Monday, as promised. I found the list when I arrived and methodically cleaned each item that he mentioned. Some of the things on the list were inaccurate, but I recleaned them anyhow. I did write a note that the shower glass could not be cleaned. The only soap scum on the doors were between the glass and you could not get your fingers into this tight spot. I did try to shove my towel between the glass, but it did not work out. I also brought a flashlight with me since the home owner mentioned on the phone that there was still dog hair in the dryer. When I looked with the flash light, in only could see a tiny corner peice of tissue but no dog hair. I removed the tissue and took a towel and wiped the inside of both the washer and dryer to make sure they both were spotless. I took the fridge apart and washed each peice so that no food would remain. The home owner mentioned that a drawer in the bathroom needed to be recleaned. I could not see what he was talking about and even ran my hand in there. The only thing that I did see was a black mark that looked like a pencil mark. I used a magic erase to remove it. I received a phone call from the home owner about 20 minutes after I had finshed cleaning. He was very rude stating that he was going to ruin my reputation and spread bad reviews around to everyone he talks to, including all of his neighbors. He also said that he just spent a half hour vacuuming the dog hair out of the dryer and removed it all. Honestly, how could that be if he called me 20 minutes after I left? I wonder if he treats other companies this way? I take pride in my work and my company has always had an impeccible reputation. I left the house feeling good about my cleaning ability and don't think I should now have to defend myself and my business. I have been in business for over 16 years and must be something right or I would not have been able to stay in business this long. I think the home owner was hoping that by complaining he would get a refund. Good businesses want to keep thier clients happy and try to guarantee there work. That is why I went back to check and redo any possible problem areas. I think the homeowner was looking for things to complain about so he could get out of paying for services rendered.

"Simply House Cleaning" provided services several times over the summer. Each time, they helped with flexible scheduling and quick response. The last time they cleaned the entire house in preparation for a new owner to move in. They spent the time needed to do a great job without wasting a second. Make sure you screen all house cleaners.
Description of Work: Has been working for us for a few months. We took a break from the clean in due to my wife having our second daughter. When we resumed service we got a bid of 125.00 for the initial cleaning and then it will be 100.00 there after. Well we cam home to a somewhat clean out put we noticed that the cleaners helped themselves to drinks in the reefer, left chewed gum in the reefer and a cleaning towel left inside. We brought it up to Debbie and we told her the was a child that was left in the garage she assured us that there was no kids on her jobs but who else would do something so childish. We later got a bill in the mail for 175.00. Let's just say we longer require "simply House Cleaning"

She is just a local housekeeping company. We pay $80 for two hours work. They are very efficient. The quality of their work is excellent.
