Everything about ProWorks exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. We needed our front porch and patio replaced: our old one was rotting in various places and the stairs were no where near code. Despite only coming in with knowing it needed to be replaced and our supply of vague ideas, Sam helped guide us with his vast knowledge and experience of what would make a new porch and patio look great while also being functional. When work started, Sam was incredibly communicative, transparent, and honest about progress, costs, delays, and so forth. His crew was absolutely incredible: not only was it obvious the amount of pride and effort they put into their work, but they were also kind and courteous. The amount of time they spent acknowledging and chatting with our two year old was heartwarming, and she loved them and seeing all of their tools and equipment as well! The end product is amazing and beautiful, but the quality of the interactions, the honestly and transparency from ProWorks, and the attention to detail was even better. We plan on using ProWorks for all of our future projects!

We hired Proworks to demolish and build new front steps to our 1920â s farm house, Sam was very patient and kind. We will be hiring Proworks again this summer to clear out old stumps and blackberry bushes. Thankful to have found someone we can trust

COMMINUCATION, 10 stars, this is important to me, and probably everyone thats spending serious money on their greatest investment. The quality is great, his ability to keep a stressful situation stress free was my favorite part. I wasn't to sure on what is normal when it comes to contracting major work, but I have two friends doing similar additions and I can tell you... Their contractors do not measure up to ProWorks. They don't cut corners, all materials are top of the line, permitting and inspections are seamless and happen in the background. Also, leaving the house open for months while under construction it was important to have a contractor and crew I could trust, which they were. Additionally their was a mistake ordering doors that was sort-of my fault. Sam bought the door back and got me the right one, no questions asked. Thanks Sam, Rob, Brenda, Noah, and Brian.

Quintessential sleazy general contractor; overpromised and underdelivered. Insufficient personnel to properly perform contracted services; inexperienced, untrained, and unsupervised. Caulking sloppy and unfinished, painting of poor quality and unfinished, not all repairs performed; pulled out without finishing contracted work to pursue additional and/or larger, more profitable projects without prior notice. Possession of paint sprayers does not equate to knowledge and/or ability/willingness to utilize same properly. Veteran Owned - designation does not equate to honest, moral and/or responsible business, owner and/or employees. Multiple forms of documentation and/or witnesses available to confirm review; BEWARE!

My experience is based on a demolition job that was scheduled and completed quickly. Job was performed satisfactory: personal showed at scheduled time, addressed task, and left job site clean.

Sam and his crew did a great job on our 650 square foot house addition. He was easy to work with, honest and very reliable. The addition blends in perfect with the rest of our house.

He did the most important things you can expect a contractor to do, he answered the phone, and called me back! He gave me a realistic estimate of cost, time, and amount of work required (water and insect damage), as well as any unexpected situations that might occur. Once the work began it was done professionally, no corners cut, and as fast as possible. The work area was cleaned at the end of each day. The final job was better than expected. Can't recommend him enough.
